They are trying to sell 1 disposable mask for 2.00, using a pandemic to profit much? Boycott this store

They had gas, so we got some. Not sure what makes one good or bad but this one seemed fine.

The car wash was a better deal than most around and did an amazing job. The store was clean and organized. Very impressed.

Arrived at the location a few minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Cashier looked at me and did nothing but continue to close her register. Very unprofessional.

Do not use the car wash!!! Got basic wash and the lower half of my car is now still dirty with streaks where the soap ran down. Called the station and was told I needed to address problem right then!! Would not issue a refund!!

Older gentlemen working was rude. Set the prepay on the wrong pump but apparently it was my fault. That’s okay, I think the saying goes “the customer is always wrong”. My mistake for expecting any different nowadays.

Poor customer service. Just bought an e-cig that doesn't work and went to ask to exchange the non working e cig and not even ask me for my money back. Gentleman rudely pointed to a sign that says all sales final and expletive. Never will I do business with this Conoco and would highly recommend that you don't either.

8:01 Friday October 6. This time I asked to use the restroom before spending my money. I'm going to make an educated guess that she's lying. A place of business would not let their employees sit there all night without working facilities.....

Worst Customer Service Ever! Need we say any more, they guy working Sunday 2/5/2017 about 1:15 pm is the rudest, most obnoxious clerk of all time. I'm waiting for several minutes with no employee at the counter, then all of a sudden this very mad, angry man comes in, stating "I can't wait to get out of here." He then proceeded to behind the counter and asked me "What do you want?" I got my item, proceeded to pay with my debit card, then he mouthed off to someone else in the store, and finally came back to me to say "you got to use the chip." I promptly thanked him for providing such wonderful service to his customers and he said "don't be mouthing off to me, and what are you gonna do about it" These are all exact quotes. I replied, "Well I just won't be coming back here" and his reply was "good we don't want your kind here." Clearly stated with a racist tone. I told him to Fxxx off and walked out. He continued to say "well you can't do anything about it, yeah I thought you weren't going to mouth off to me again." With service this bad, I will put this review all over social media, and call the manager tomorrow. To answer his question, "what are you gonna do about it" well hopefully keep customers from coming into this cespool of a store! Good riddance Conoco on Hampden and Yosemite! Again, I'm unable to leave 0 stars as that is the most appropriate rating for having to deal employees with such horrid customer service skills. He needs a new job, DON'T COME HERE!!!

If it were possible to leave a negative review id be doing that. The customer service was the most terrible experience I've had in this context. Couldn't get a nice warm cup of cappuccino without the store owner screaming to stop since the other 2 Flavors were t taken apart for cleaning but not the one I was using.

May 30, 2020- 5:40 PM. My wife and just left downtown after experiencing tear gas and pellet grenades, and stopped for gas. The cashier, Liz, happily completed our fuel purchase after I greeted her and Inquired about purchasing a face mask due to the current pandemic status. Liz informed me that unfortunately they didn't have any face masks for sale but I could check 7-11. I went to the car and grabbed my phone (digital ID), then returned to purchase cigarettes. Liz refused the sale, and refused to examine or scan the state issued digital ID provided by Colorado through The My Colorado Mobile app. I requested her name and her supervisor's phone number, and exited the store. After returning to my vehicle once more, I was able to locate my plastic state ID and re entered the store to purchase the cigarettes. Liz asked me what my attitude was about and I responded by telling her that my wife was shot at Downtown today and I was refused cigarettes with a valid ID. The manager, Devin who was now present upon asking came to speak to me. I asked him why they were unable to accept my digital Colorado state ID, and he rudely pointed to signs around the store as if I were incapable of reading, and refused to examine or scan the legal Identification I had provided for him. I then presented my plastic ID and he continued pushing me through and around the store while insinuating about my intellectual capacity, and became loud and belligerent. At this point, I told him they had already taken my money for the fuel purchase and I had presented two legal forms of State Issued Identification. I told him I either needed to purchase my cigarettes, I needed a refund for my fuel, or we needed to meet in court. He then became extremely angry and confrontational, accusing me of having warrants and followed me to the care while I repeated the phrase "I need my cigarettes, a refund, or we can go to court. He had no legal grounds on which to refuse the sale, and selectively took the money for the parts of my purchase that suited him. Upon reaching my vehicle, he was still apprehending me, so I lifted my camera to take his photograph expecting to need it as evidence in court after he assaulted me (The situation ended without this occurring, and at this point we exited the property, but not before I had to become extremely loud and aggressive to preserve my well being... There was no physical conflict, but every action this store was engaged in encompassed some form of discrimination, menacing, harassment, and violent behavior. I have no choice but to uphold my word and file charges.

Was told at 245pm today, sorry, we are doing a shift change. You have to wait 10 minutes. Quick shop, more like slow shop ran by idiots. I won't be back, even though it's the closest. Plenty of better QUICK Shops Another trip. The car wash is always broke down and nothing is provided to clean your windshield. This place is a dumb, no wonder good, national gas station chains are coming to the Metro, hopefully it will starve out this trash we have had to deal with for ever in Denver

Very high gas prices. They are collecting personal identification information. They will not take a US passport because they cannot scan it and get it into their system. This is illegal. Do not give them your personal information!!!!

If you have been at this gas station recently. I was there today, 830am. They have card readers in the pumps. I confronted the cashier and another patron about it. I believe it was their doing. Because I told them it recently happened to me in Phoenix so I know when your card gets stuck in there it's because a reader is in there and not because it's stuck. And I better not get a charge besides the 20 in gas, I locked my card. Just watch out.

This store is terrible. I did not get my kickback rewards. When I went in and asked about it the lady spoke no English. She had me follow her to the pump where she proceeded to pull the nozzle out of my car, spilling gas all over me and my car. What a joke. Don’t hire people that don’t speak English.
