Since when is it that you have to purchase a plastic bag to put your purchased items in? The customer service guy SUCKED, bathroom was beyond filthy and the pumps are really slow.

They refused to let me use their bathroom, saying it was out of service, despite the fact that I saw another customer come out of the bathroom as I was walking in.

This place is the only place that I can use their gas in my vehicle. Other gas stations, make my car run rough. I have never had this issue at Conoco.

This Car wash hasn’t been spraying much soap at all. Maybe it’s out and hasn’t been refilled? 🤷🏻‍♂️. Not going to come back for a while. Pretty disappointed.

Typical gas station. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They do have a car wash not sure if it works or not. I assume so. Free coffee if and when the Broncos win.

I thought I had found a great place to get gas in case I ever have to park at I-25 and Broadway lightrail station. It worked the first time I went, but this time it was probably the worst service I have ever had at a gas station. None of the 3 pumps and multiple cards would accept my card. The only one that did only pumped $0.09 worth of gas and would not do any more. It said see cashier and though maybe I could just pay cash, but no one there to help. I ended up going to the 7-11 just down the street. What should have taken me less than 5 mins took me 20 mins. I suggest saving yourself the time and effort and just using the cleaner and easier 7-11 down the street. I had absolutely no issues with their pumps at all.

It says they are 24 hours but that is a lie. I stopped by in the middle of the night to get gas. Store was closed. Tried to use my card to pay for gas as I was on fumes. The pump put a $100 hold on my funds. I only had $35 available. It took my $35 and didnt even give me any gas. When I got to the 7-11 down the street, I couldn't use my card as my funds were tied up now. WHAT SENSE DOES THIS MAKE?! No clue on how long funds will be tied up either. If your going to run a multi million dollar company like a news stand, please just close it down. Shady businesses like this don't deserve customers at all. Update:. Called manager that morning. She told me that was impossible because the pumps were shut off overnight. I told her the physical pumps might have been, but the electronics were not. She proceeded to tell me that it takes 72 hours to get back to my card. Called cooperate. After being sent to customer service for BP (?) I finally talked to someone that knew what they were doing and answered my question. Only go here if you enjoy wasting money you won't see for at least a week.

so thankful for my cashier jojo. he was so kind and helped my make sure i got home when i was in a super isolated and uncomfortable place. give this person a raise. i got a red bull to get me through the night but i could have not made it home safely without his help. give this friend a raise 🩷 he went above and beyond to make sure i made it home safe.

Cancel pump gas and get a car wash that supposedly is included there is no option at the pump Ford car wash gives you the option of credit debit help or cancel so I purchased gas and go get the receipt that's inside and I asked the guy who's running the place who's running the cash register and ask him why it doesn't include the car wash his excuse to me was that everybody has no problem purchasing a car wash outside which was a lie I checked every pump and there's no option at any of them to purchase a car wash so if you want to come here for a car wash I do not recommend it

Not customer-friendly doesn't matter if you pay for anything they don't let you use the restroom which is absolutely ridiculous for people who have medical conditions and can't wait to go find the next place that'll let them use the bathroom! Plus on top of that I paid the most for gas at this gas station just hoping that they would let me use the bathroom I would avoid it if you can!
