First time being at this car wash, the staff is friendly. But the the process of the wash is super fast, you are basically in and out. I know it’s called xpress wash and it goes with its name lol but even the vacuums are super low grade. The vacuums are not strong enough compared to other express car washes. Also the vacuums are short they don’t go far enough to get the back of your car. More investments on better equipment would be better.

Love this car wash, cheap prices, fast and well done thorough wash, all you need is a dry towel, in and out in about 15 min. What more can you ask for, and with a certain wash you get free tire shine and air freshener.

So far my husband loves this car wash. He is there once a week to wash both of our vehicles. I just wish that he would take the time to clean and use the free vacuuming but he's always in a hurry to leave. Because to him he has no time. But the people who work there are there are nice and friendly and eager to help and lend a helping hand if you need it. Everything is bran new I believe it's only been on the corner of Long Beach Blvd in Compton CA about a year or less. Some people find it a pleasure and some find it a chour but how ever you find it just enjoy.

My car tire popped going through the auto wash and they didn't want to give me the owners phone number said it's not the wash problem... I've been waiting for about 15 minutes and the guy starts getting zip ties and going inside the carwash to fix something

Small carwash. The highest package is $19, and the lowest i think is $9. I got the $19 package. They give u a towel, a dashboard wipe, a small cardboard square of smell good(not a hanging air, freshener). Going through is only 2 mins and not long enough for me. Exit, maybe 10 stalls/vacuums. Suction on vacuums does not clean well and has a hard time picking up simple grass. Will i come back, i dont think so. My car did not get cleaned all the way.

Great friendly helpful service. Facility overall is clean. All vacuums and air blowers always working and in good condition. Prices are affordable !!!! No matter if it's the basic wash or deluxe wash you are sure to get your car clean for your $$$$

I've been here twice so far and have driven through with both my coupe and SUV. Both were cleaned effectively. I got the most expensive package for my coupe and it was great. The air fresher smelled amazing. I didn't have the time to do the full package with my suv, but it looked great after the wash. The kids had fun going through as well. The staff are courteous and helpful, which is a plus. The place is clean. I will be coming here for my washes from now on! As a friendly reminder ,don't forget to close your moonroofs all the way!

My 2013 car shines like a SHOW ROOM NEW CAR, when I leave from having my car’s service. I am able to be with my car, matter of fact, I am inside, allowing my car to move without me on the gas pedal; my break of the moment. Then I go into a cleaned stall where I am able to use the vacuum services of cleaning the inside. When I drive friends to their doctor’s appointment I get compliments on how FRESH an CLEAN my car allow is. I like driving my car myself, that’s my form of exercising and I love when I use the towels they supply me with how the shine POPS! The location is comfortable and the staff are courteous. Washes range: $3.99-$18:00 and like me I pay by the month of $39.99, I have a number of friends relying on me at this time, so I am ready so I don’t have to GET READY, unless it’s an emergency Thank you for your time

I love this place always clean and the staff super friendly always. Once in a while you'll see the owner working the machine to talking to his customers which I like it gives it that personal touch and shows that he cares about his business and customers. They have posted prices and descriptions of what you get for a certain wash. They also have monthly programs where if you like washing your car all the time you may consider buying it will save you money.

It's a great car wash Location that has all the tools you need to get from a basic to premium car detailing cleaning from inside and outside of your vehicle. The customer service it offers great service and guides you how to clean your vehicle if you never done it before or just want some information about their products cleaning. I really enjoyed the car wash that I got and frank is a great guy who explained everything that made me choose the cleaning package I wanted. He makes customer service feel comfortable with safety and quality at It's best. I would recommend this car wash to anyone as it offers free vacuum cleaning self service at your will and as well tire air refills.

Paid for the 15$ car wash. But it really should’ve been 5$. Didn’t even dry my truck. It came out soaked and not even clean. It looked like my truck got washed by the rain. They offered to armor all my tires but there was no point my rims and tires came out the wash just as dirty as when I went in. That was the only dry part of the truck. I understand it’s not gonna give the rims a polish but at some other carwashes they come out cleaner and give you something to work with. Had to go to a self serve wash and finish the job.

I absolutely love these people!! Friendly, patient with all the questions I had about their scrubbers. I’ve been going here for about three months, at least once or twice a week when I finally decided to buy the monthly pass & it has saved me quite a bit of money! Must be new owners? The guy at the machine couldn't understand English. Didn't offer car freshner, Didn't provide my receipt. I had been coming here for years. I was paying monthly. Going to find a new regular car wash.

Horrible experience I have been coming here for the past year since I am a local resident, and I had never experience such bad customer service from one of the employees . The employee was a female but is dressed as a boy and was very rude today 3.7.23 while she was on a phone call while directing me on how to turn my wheels she gave me the most horrible attitude . Which I felt was wrong that’s not how your suppose to great anyone . Also I noticed my driver side windshield wiper was gone after I left the car wash since I did get it washed the machine broke below I placed a photo .. won’t be going back at all
