Touch car wash seems tough on paint. Touch free doesn't clean great. However the base price for the unlimited is good and it does the job during the winter.

Far left quarter machine took my $20. I did not receive any quarters. Edit: Money was returned, Owner was nice and gave a free car wash for the inconvenience. Good customer service.

Clean, convenient, all self serve. Rarely a wait. On site manager who is always courteous, kind and helpful. drier not so good. Had to dry car myself after wash. But usually do anywhere I go..

Bought full brushless wash. All was good till drying started. Previous sealant continued to drip, dryer not effective. Exited with car still quite wet along with blobs of sealant or wax spotted all over car. Spent quite a bit of time rubbing globs and drying windows. Got me! Won't be back.

I've been to a lot of car washes. This one has a new computerized car wash that really did a good job. My only real complaint would be that they could leave the air dryer on longer

I used the touchless wash and it's ok. It doesn't do a great job of getting off tough dirt, but works for a quick clean. They need to tighten up the nozzles so they aren't still dripping all over when it's attempting to dry the car. The dryer barely does anything.

This is by far the best place to get your car washed. Located in Highland in-between New Paltz and Poughkeepsie. They have great deals on monthly packages that you can choose from. The best part is that you can go more than once a day. They have regular car was bays and then they have the touch free which is my favorite. Very friendly owners and staff. I would definitely look into getting one of the monthly packages and your vehicle will always be clean and looking brand new again.

It's nice that it's open 24/7. The automatic wash works well and takes cash or cc. The self wash controls are very dated and only takes quarters. I've sometimes had trouble with the dials on these controls. (if they upgraded to have the self wash take credit cards, I'd increase my rating.) It can be difficult to get back onto 9w if you want to head north. Either, you have to wait patiently for traffic to clear or go up and around the back way, but this way usually has a lot of dirt and dust on the road.

Worst car wash spot! Don't believe the good reviews. Touchless was down today 5/16/21. Even if it was working, it works horribly. Sprays uneven so rinsing still leaves soap on your car. The dryer in the touchless is really cheap and does a very poor job. You'll leave with water and soap all over your car. The touchless was also flooded not to long ago. The soft touch has the absolute worst dryer because you have to drive through it and same as the touchless, it does a very poor job. *Tip to people that don't get it.. Don't use soft touch anywhere because it's not soft. These will leave your car covered in scratches and swirl marks! Last thing.. Make sure you have exact cash if you're not using your card because the machine will give you dollar coins for change. Ridiculous! Only plus is the gentleman that works there is very courtesy.

Honestly could use alot of basic work in the self serve bays. The card feature is ridiculous you'll end up paying 30 or 40 bucks to do the same wash in self serve with less options then foam and wash in poughkeepsie for 10 bucks. Although my car didn't come out bad could definitely offer more in self serve for what your going to end up paying

Only place I know of in the area that has unlimited touch less wash plans and on top of that it's open 24 hours and 7 days a week. The touch less wash isn't as thorough as the ones at Foam & Wash but it will definitely get the job done and monthly payments are substantially cheaper. Perfect place to go if you have any after market exterior add ons to your vehicle like a roof rack or whatever.

This is the pits! 9 bucks for a 30 second drive through wash that left my car full of suds. Went to a stall to rinse off and got maybe 60 seconds of rinse for 5 bucks. Never coming again

Unlimited wash is a good deal! Does the trick for my work truck, and most importantly the undercarriage spraying prevents rust. Some cons are that the touch less wash doesn’t reach every area, and the dryer leaves the truck a bit wet. But to have unlimited washes for 32$ a month, and to clean 90% of the truck is a great deal!

I go to this car wash almost exclusively. However recently, I went through the touch wash and for some reason, the rollers never went & the soap never came through. I called the customer service number on the sign, and a man named Matt answered, apologized for the issue and gave me a code for a free wash. He walked me through the prompts on the screen and made sure the wash was going before our call ended. He didn’t question me at all and said he would look into the problem immediately. I am very impressed with the service here and just wanted to share while there is not always a perfect experience with every small business, the owner/manager of the car wash handled the situation quickly and fairly! He didn’t give me the bare minimum wash either, he told me I could pick whatever one I wanted. Thanks Matt!

Unfortunately, we will not be renewing our monthly membership with this place. Out of the last 4 times we’ve tried getting a wash it’s been down twice. That’s a 50/50 chance that it will be working. We don’t have the kind of time to constantly be driving by to see if it’s working or not. That just isn’t justifiable for the price. Especially because if one is down, the line for the other one is all the way out to the main road so you’re waiting an hour or longer for a wash.

Went there once, loved it, got a monthly pass. After a week, tried to use it at 9pm, and had issues scanning my pass. Matt called, resolved my issues, and was very apologetic. Went there the next day and signed up for 6 months in the spot. Great customer service, great price for high quality wash. You cannot beat this price, even across the river. A 24/7 car wash is so rare. Especially a no touch one (it's cold outside). Would recommend 👌.
