Hi, just started on Turo So obviously wanted to detail my vehicle to get it ready for customers, unfortunately, as soon as I listed my vehicle I was shocked at the results. I paid Cobbs Mobile Detailing $400 ($350 with $50 tip) for a regular cleaning - inside and out. He ripped off my window wiper, did not tell me until I used it the next day when it rained. I texted him and he pretend not to know how it happened but said he would reimburse me to get it fixed. He has not responded to any of my texts or Venmo request for $250. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great experience with Cobb overall. He arrived on time and brought everything he needed. I had some really heavy stains as well as odors (thanks to the kids spilling juice all over the car) and he was able to remove it all. Car smells brand new. Me.cobb was amazing ! He came to my home in the rain and cleaned my husband’s car so attentively. His care was literally gleaming my husband has not drove his car since mr.cobb detailed it. He said it was the best detail he has ever had, he just wanted to preserve it for as long as possible. Mr.cobb was so humble and respectful. Even before the appointment he communicated so well and validated all my concerns. He even did me a favor. 1000% recommend there really is not a question where to go for car detailing. Cannot wait for my appointment for my car.

This was an easy experience from start to finish. The speed and quality of the detail was impressive and my technician was kind, communicative, needed little to nothing from me. The way Cobb is able to carry all their materials with them and leave no trace when they leave is super helpful when someone isn’t able to drop their car off at a shop for a detail.
