This is my go to car wash. I have a monthly pass so I go any time I want. They are always friendly no matter who is working and I am able to get in and out with little to no wait and no hassle. I open my car door, they scan, and I go. I love this place! Just wanted to update my review- had a small issue with my car (my fault) and everybody was so friendly with the smile on their face and handled it so well! I am really surprised at how young the staff is, but how professional and kind everybody is. Highly recommended!

I've been happy with this car wash for a couple of years and I bought a new car, so I needed a new sticker for my unlimited plan. I pulled up, told the manager what I needed he told me to go ahead and go through the wash and he would get it for me. So I go through and park in a space. My son gets out and sees that my rear wiper has been broken off. So, I go I to the office and tell the manager, what happened. He comes out, looks at it, snaps a pic and tells me to get three estimates. Ok, no problem. I took my three estimates in today and spoke with the manager (just so happened that the cheapest one was who I wanted to replace the part anyway.) He says, "No problem. For that amount, I can credit your card for the amount of the estimate." Great!! The whole process was very easy. The manager and all the other employees I've spoken to have been very friendly. I really appreciate how easy the process was and how friendly everyone is. Thank you all!

Easy to use and the place is kept up pretty well. So far I've been pleased with the car wash it gives. Longest I've had to wait was about 5 minutes. As of right now they have s promotion first month is 10. They have vacuum station and damp towels for spot free drying. I'm not too crazy about having a sticker in my windshield but their system works well no need to talk to an attendant just roll up to the machine a camera picks up the tag and allows you forward to the wash. There's someone at the front of the wash to guide you too the proper position.

I have been going to Clean Sweep since it opened, about 1-2 times per month! I went just last week and noticed the owner out helping with customers coming through the wash. He was hands on pre washing the vehicles before they went through. Not very often do you see owners participating in the daily operations. Customer service is always on point! Always a repeat customer!!

I like how carwash foams with different colors. It's fun to just watch how your car gets cleaned very well and then their driers dry the vehicle so well that it comes out almost dry. I also love the fact that they provide free vacuum and microfiber clothes to wipe the vehicle off. Super convenient. Thank you for that!

Apparently they are only about making money. I pulled in to wash my car prior to going out of town and they gladly took my money. $27.00 I went through the wash and began vacuuming my vehicle out and suddenly the vacuum just shut off. I had no idea they were closing and I have my receipt showing I paid at 6:59pm and they said nothing regarding their closing time and that they would be turning off the machines and removing the towels. Now they have my money and my car is still dirty.

The employees here are amazing! From the guys outside to the managers inside. Saturday I rode with my son not giving going through the car wash a second thought. As he started going into the tunnel, I started having a panic attack. The manager (Tina) stopped everything so my son could back up and assisted me into their lobby. The lobby and the bathroom were extremely clean and all the employees were beyond nice. I am fine and thanks to them I was able to calm down without emt being called. I definitely recommend them!

Nothing got clean...bird poop is still there (even on the windshield!), dirt near the hatch and on the hood. Lower door panels look untouched. A complete waste of 12 bucks. They had some blond haired kid at the start yelling at the pre-scrub folks to "scrub-scrub-scrub!", but he motioned us into the tunnel long before they had even touched the drivers side of the car (Car#686).

When I had the service it was fine. But I didn't appreciate the 5-6 months of charges after I was told via email it was cancelled. The 2 emails and 2 phone calls to verify it was cancelled and the only one month of refunded money. Then I was told to call a specific manager if I wanted the rest of my money back because they have had problems with people scamming refunds. For me, and maybe my experience was a one off, but it was very "gym membershippy". Saying they cancelled and continuing to charge.

My car is ceramic coated. Easy to clean. Came here because I didn’t have time to do a proper hand wash. I didn’t get a towel dry that I paid for. Just the typical jet driers. The worst part is my car looked worse afterwards than before. It was completely covered in soap suds and residue. I wasted money on a sub par car wash, didn’t get what I paid for.. and now have to find time to hand wash and delicately remove the water spots and soap residue

I want to personally recommend this car wash. I always used to go to Zips on Brannon. I delivered DoorDash to Clean Sweep one time and they gave me a free car wash. I wanted to check them out because of this. The wash was thorough and great for what I paid. Their vacuums and compressed air actually work. They had a place to hold my mats and a machine to clean them. I'm very, very happy with Clean Sweep and I will be coming back, thank you all for great service.

I had my car washed on October 8, 2024 at about 2:35PM and the people were nice but wanted to sell me a monthly membership. Once I went through I was in a hurry to get home and didn’t have time to look at my car, upon getting home and having a chance to look at my car I might as well not even spent the money to have it cleaned. I didn’t feel like many of the implements worked but didn’t think about it until I saw how dirty my car still was. This is not my first time here but I have never walked away with a car so dirty. I would love a plan to get my car washed all the time, but it won’t be here until they get it fixed.
