Best car wash around! The service is great. The employees are kind, and all have been working there for a long time. The prices are a bit steep, wish they had more incentives for multiple vehicle plans but the hand pre-wash and towel dry is amazing!

I'd been using Alan's for about 1 year. I have a 2017 Hyundai Azera in immaculate condition, 50k miles. Yesterday (4-15-25), during the pre-scrub phase (before going into the wash itself), one of their employees hit my antenna cover (the shark fin thing over the back window) and broke it off. It wasn't previously broken, or it would've come off before. I heard them knock it off, then set it back on WITHOUT TELLING ME. In the wash, I heard it come off again. Afterwards, I had them look for it. They found it, and immediately came up with several excuses about Hyundais having this problem, it wasn't "glued on properly" (it wasn't glued on in the first place), etc. They did NOT take any responsibility for it whatsoever. Again, this was a part of my car, not an add on. The most egregious thing was them knocking it off and then NOT TELLING ME; they just sat it back on the car, and of course it came off in the wash itself. Never going back to this place.

I came on Saturday around 6:40. I did not know they close at 7 (I rarely get car washes) so it was a last minute thing. One of the employees politely asked me if I planned on using the vacuums after the wash, and I said yes, and he told me just a heads up they turn off at 7:15. Which was plenty of time for me as I just did a quick vacuum through the car. As time was approaching close to 7, a fella (I assume manager or owner) approached me when he saw me struggling with my dirty car mat and showed me how to use the mat whacker! Again, new to this car wash thing so that was appreciated because I never even knew that that was a thing. As I went to do the other side of the car, it was a few mins past 7 and they had already put the mat whacker and stuff up for closing. He saw that I had another mat that I was vacuuming, came out, took it inside, and cleaned it for me, after they had already closed! I thought that was such an amazing gesture and amazing customer service. The whole crew overall was very kind and did a great job! I got the best car wash they had to offer, and it comes with a towel dry which was great. Definitely going to get car washes more often now!

Was out of state for 2 months, didn’t use the wash and forgot to pause the subscription. Asked Alan nicely for a break and got told “I don’t want you back as a customer”. Didn’t fight or argue, just easy yes or no request. Absolutely uncalled for.

Very good drive through carwash. Pre hosed and scrubbed the front of the car and the windows. The drive through car washes don’t do that where I come from.

Pre wash process is bar none, the guys practically get your car clean before it even goes in the wash with pressure washers and wash mops. Amazing if you have a lot of salt or bugs on your car. Actually gets your car clean the first time around unlike a certain car wash up the street!!

Best car wash in town. They’re one of the only places I can think of that manually sprays it and scrubs it down before you go through the tunnel. Always great wash and great service! If they ever offer a cheaper monthly plan, we would sign up!

Bad experience! Their equipment completely missed the a section on each side of the rear license plate and an area of the same size below the plate. About 4 feet by 4 feet. I let two of the employees know who offered to spray the area with glass cleaner and wipe it off. When I asked the owner about it, he asked me which wash I paid for. There are several washes all with different prices. My wash was the $10 wash. To sum it up he basically told me, you get what you pay for. I’ve always thought when you pay for a car wash, they washed the entire exterior of the car. I learned something new today I guess I need to lower my expectations.

this is one of the many times i’ve been to this car wash and i must say it’s absolutely excellent as always! i got to meet THE Alan and he even put on my new license plate frame for me. that was very nice and appreciated because i had no idea how to replace the old one. i got the deluxe wash and it was perfect as usual. the vacuums are free with a wash purchase so that’s great. i love coming here and they will always have my business!

Super nice people at this car wash and they do a very nice job. I would give 5 stars but Ive been here twice and have had a lot of soap suds left on my car both times. It leaves a messy residue behind. A better rinse is needed.
