Everytime I go to this place I pay for them to do a good job, I tip the $10 and by the time I get home my windshield is all streaked up, they missed a bunch of sections. Dont waste you time here or your money they are just a turn and burn carwash. 0 stars for this place

I got ripped off by the new credit card payment system. There's no screen or signs posted to tell you how much you'll be charged when you swipe. The day after I went there, I checked my credit card account online and saw that Clean Machine charged $10 for 2 minutes ... I just needed to spot clean some bird poop off the hood. If $10 is the minimum charge, swiping your card twice amounts to what you'd pay a full-service car wash — where others do all the work.

Accepts credit cards at each bay. All the equipment worked well and the rainbow soap was cute. Vacuums are now $2 for 5 min. Doesn't accept quarters.

This car wash has a blow dry option! How cool! I used it for the whole car but it was great for the windows and front glass. Use it around the trunk lid edges and voila car is spotless.

Overall not bad setup but I was charged $24 on credit card for 4 minutes of wash. Be wary of swiping your card because you may see random charges not close to the actual price.

Just got ripped off for $10. Swiped my credit card and machine never started. Checked my online bank and confirmed the $10 was taken. There’s zero customer support - nobody here and no telephone number for ask about it!... and the machines say do you need pay only 1 dollar por products... 😡😡😡😡😡

Just got ripped off for $10. Swiped my credit card and machine never started. Checked my online bank and confirmed the $10 was taken. Use with extreme caution!!. There’s zero customer support - nobody here and no telephone number to call. So I’m $10 lighter and with a still dirty car.

This car wash has birds in the rafter in each car wash station. They poop on my car as I was washing my car 5 times. It was ridiculous. Makes you have to rewatch the car then dry then repeat. You end having to pay more to stay longer. Tried calling business but mailbox is full. Theres other self car washes in the area without pigeons and pigeon poop that that’ll save you time and money.

This is a self service car wash. However, I don’t think it’s decently priced at all. Took me about 10min (therefore) 10 dollars to get through all the steps. But that’s not why it’s a 1 star. This place seriously needs to describe how it bills your credit card more precisely. I was charged 10 dollars for clicking the button before 4min where showing on the timer.

It's a nice car wash. The soap could be better, other than that, I like this place. The equipment always works. Although the tokens can be a little tricky. It ate 4 of my tokens to day. Not the first time either. I chalk it up to the "Gods" share! 🤣🤣🤣

As of 5/2024, it's $5 for 5min. A bit less if you buy more 10$ of tokens. Bays and machines are in good working condition and clean. Trash cans can be overstuffed in vacuum bays, but it's not unexpected. They now have blow dry hoses, but that just takes precious moments of wash time if you're trying to save a dime. Remember to always use the water rinse to wash off the brush before use; you could be scratching your car up with fine gravel left from other customers scrubbing grill and tires

I spend $8 dollars and about 10 minutes “washing my car”. When the sun light revealed that I wasted my time and money. I am sure if they upgrade their equipment the real washing can be a much better of a experience with much better results. Also, I agree with the other reviews about getting customer service by phone, not in existence. Credit card payments method is a hit or miss, maybe another upgrade much needed here. One more observation: Allowing birds leaving around the equipment makes me very nervous specially when you are there to wash/clean your vehicle.

Echoing the same issue as most, I used a credit card and thought that it would charge me per minute over $5, instead I got to use 6 minutes for $10. Coulda at least let the timer keep running up until I got all my moneys worth. Be cautious.

No tokens but WARNING watch CC machine timer! I stopped the timer at 5:02 because I did not know I had to push the button. The .02 seconds cost me additional $5. Five min. wash was $10. No grace here.

Situated on El Camino Real, it's a do it yourself, basic, no frills car wash place with space for 4 cars at a time for the wash and vacuum areas. Card and cash (for tokens) are accepted. I don't always have cash on hand, so I appreciate that this place offers an option for cc. Fun rainbow colors for the foaming brush and strong wash spray. There are many options on the dial. This is for people who want to be in charge of the way their car is cleaned - if you're looking for simple, this is it. If you're coming from a muddy or insect sprayed roadtrip, expect to take longer and spend a bit more, duh. Be mindful when it's busy, please don't loiter and hang around with your friends in the spots. Throw trash in the provided bin. ✌️
