Had a really good experience getting my wife's car done that was covered in our 2 dog's hair after the holidays traveling. Once he finished it looked entirely brand new and smelt amazing. Should be 0 stars. I booked a full service detail and it appears they are using an AI system that confirmed the booking. No one showed up, so I called and then got a text from Jody stating that the system canceled the booking and he apologized for the system error. He rescheduled a few days later, confirmed via text, then did not show up. Now does not return text or phone calls. Would not recommend. I could have scheduled with another service before the holidays.

Jody was amazing! I spilled an entire jug of milk in my backseat and I couldn’t get it out for five whole days. It smelled terrible. When I found him online and saw all his positive ratings, I was skeptical, but hopeful. When he came, he was very friendly and thorough with his work. I expected him to only clean the spoiled milk spot, but he cleaned my entire interior and let it sit to get the smell out. My car looks brand new thanks to him. Highly recommend!!
