EH. I am so frustrated with just everything these days. The cars are rushed through. I've never had this happen here before, but there was barely any water to rinse, and as other reviews have mentioned, hardly any soap. My side mirrors didn't get clean, and my back lift gate, looks the same. I cannot see out of my back window because of nothing getting rinse or washed property. This location (and their others as well) are a hit or a miss. Not everyone is here to park, get out, and clean their car. If I had an unlimited membership, I'd cancel right away. Cannot even get a decent exterior wash (or dry for that matter) when you are on the go and want to get the dirt off when it spits rain here. Cobblestone is far beyond better. Slower through the tunnel, better rinse and dry for sure. Just sad because when they first opened in AZ, we were huge fans. Not worth it. Save your money.

I have been using this car wash for 8 years. Today, the attendant tried to sell me a monthly pass and when I told him I wasn't interested, he went into a diatrob about how the equipment had changed 3 years ago and that my vehicle could be damaged as well as the equipment. When I said I had been going there for over 3 years and never had an issue, he said the attendant who let me in should have been written up. He was rude and condescending. Won't be going back again.

I ran my truck through two times and it was still dirty and the driers did very little. I won’t be coming back.

In need of routine maintenance on its facilities and equipment. Discussed these issues with the manager today. We’ll see if they get addressed.

EDIT: DID YOU EVEN READ THE REVIEW?! DID YOU READ EVEN HALF OF IT? YOUR EQUIPMENT LAUNCHED THE CAR INTO THE BACK OF A HUGE LIFTED TRUCK!!!!! YOUR EMPLPYEES BOTH ADMITTED FAULT AND SAID THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THIS IS NO NORMAL WEAR OR TEAR SITUATION!!!!! PULL THE VIDEO FOOTAGE On April 6, 2025, I took my daughter's Kia to be cleaned at Clean Freak on Gilbert Road and Queen Creek Road. As I was waiting to enter the tunnel, the lifted pick up in front of me was having a very difficult time getting on the track. It took about 90 seconds for the thick tires to fit. I was waved in and was very close to the truck and that made me somewhat uncomfortable, but I didnt panic at that point . I trusted their system. We've had a membership at CF for 10 years and have never had any issues. Halfway through the wash, the car started to propel towards the back of the truck. Instinctively, I hit my brakes and that prevented me from hitting the truck. The wash kept going. Another 30 seconds or so went by and again I felt my car launching into the truck. This time I just thought that they must have this and that the system must have a measure in place to ensure crashes won't happen. Well, lo and behold, I went flying into the back of the truck, resulting in the cars emblem being lost, but more significantly, the headlight being cracked open and her hood being damaged and bent in one place. Both the manager and the employee spoke to the truck driver and myself and told us to meet outside the tunnel to exchange insurance information. I saw no purpose in this, as neither the truck driver, nor myself were responsible for what occurred. The manager and employee both admitted they were responsible ("It was our fault- we shouldn't have allowed the truck to go in because it was too big! We take full responsibility!"). There's truck then took several more minutes to get out of the tunnel. He was stuck. At this point, I started recording. When I left the tunnel, the truck was gone and the manager spoke to me in great length, telling me again that he takes full responsibility and he will "make it right" by filing a claim to repair the damage. I filled out the claim and he told me to give it a couple of days to hear back about what steps to take next. Well, unfortunately, I didn't hear back from him within a couple of days, so on the fourth day, I called and someone told me the manager would call me back later that day. A couple more days went by and I finally received a voicemail from the manager telling me that Clean Freak is now not taking responsibility and I'm essentially on my own for the repairs. This is totally unacceptable. I realize that the car is a 2016 for a college student and I don't expect a winfall- only to have the repairs for the damage incurred by the business. I am hoping to connect with someone in the corporate office to discuss what needs to be done, but so far I can't reach anyone in the corporate office, either by email or phone. Nobody at the locations seem to know how to reach them 🙄 My next step is to go to the local news stations consumer reporters, but I'd like to give them one more chance to make it right before I go the extra mile. This is the last straw.

Wash was good. Dryer could've been a little longer, but it was still okay. Prices were fair. Free vacuums and clean micro fiber towels to use. But please don't take home because they are limited.

Pretty good car wash. Plenty of them around and with the discount gas card it's like it pays for itself.

This place (on Mcdowell & Power in Mesa) never ever got my car dry, but here lately in the past couple months for some reason it wasn’t even cleaning my back window or bumper. It’s a hatchback. The brushes never even touched it. It still had the outline of the windshield wiper on it & the dirt. Worst yet, in the past couple months it started getting some black Sut all over the side of my car. A girl that worked there cleaned it off for me when it 1st happened saying it was due to the tire stuff they use. I only get the $16 mo washes so I don’t get the tire service but it must be coming from the car before me. It got so bad it was All Over the Whole side of my car & my car is white so it really shows bad. The last time I was there they wouldn’t do anything about it except put me thru again, which did Nothing. Nor would their corporate office. I cancel my service.

Great pricing but no towels to wipe down my truck?! Would've been fine if the dryers worked.

My vehicle was damaged in their carwash. I showed the site manager the damage and was told they would review the video, as they have entry & exit videos of each wash. I thought perfect, they will see and address the issue. I later received a call to tell me that they saw no damage on the vehicle. So, I asked to see the footage to prove they didn't damage my vehicle. I was told no one is allowed to see the videos except for them. Makes sense right?!?!?! I then asked for contact information for the carwash owner/manager, to which I was told that wasn't going to happen. I was only allowed to have one employee's email address and the on site telephone number for the car wash. Shadiness at the highest level.

Employees that work at this location are great. Been coming here for a year now and have three cars I pay a subscription service on. However, I’m going to cancel and change. The last four weeks the vacuums have been terrible, no pressure. I let the employees know, but nothing has been changed. The vacuum don’t even pick up anything anymore. The location needs someone to come clean out their vacuum to get more pressure.

One of the best car washes in the area. They don't give you the "goodies" you get at other car washes like dash wipes etc. They do however make up for it with great equipment. The air hoses are strong. The vacuums work tremendously well. The staff is always nice and welcoming. They also have a bug prep station with brushes, a sink, and vacuums as well! Obviously not a picture of the location but my car after a wash there.

Good customer service but a very bad deal and poor equipment. Towels cost extra. Vacuums are underpowered and do not have the skinny detail tool only the large carpet tool. The Basic wash,1 step above the Economy, does a very inadequate job of washing.

Well, this is a funny location. Compared to many other Clean Freak sites, the layout of this one leaves me confused. The bug treatment station is at the exit of the carwash, and then you drive all the way back to get to the entrance. Oh, and they do not offer wipes for cleaning the interior either. Oh, well... 🤷♂️ At least, while you are there, enjoy of some of the funny language on the signs.

We went to wash our vehicle 3/23/25 and there were no towels to dry our vehicle. My husband asked the workers there and their answer was “oh we haven’t had any all weekend” as a pass holder we expect to have a full service and towels ready for use and this answer is unacceptable. Also doesn’t help that the bathroom for customers is dirty and smelly and no electricity inside.

Clean freak car wash on Gilbert Rd just chewed up brand new Rims on the left side. They know where this happens along their track. I was told there’s nothing they can do. This is not how business is conducted. You provide a safe environment and great experience when in business. Please save yourself time/money and don’t come here as they are not going to do anything about it per the manager on duty.

Very quick and easy process for washing your car. Unfortunately, I traveled across country and my grill had a lot of bugs on it. I had my car waxed before the trip but their machine couldn't get my grill clean. The rest of the vehicle was immaculate. I guess if you have a clean car then the machines can maintain, but if not, it's going to need a hand wash. Somewhat disappointed... I'm used to Delta Sonic Car Wash getting those bugs off with their machines.

We've had a paid monthly subscription for multiple cars since this place opened. Until recently, there have been issues with some brushes not working in the wash itself, poor suction on several vacuums, and the attendant often misguides our cars into the rails and you'll hear a scraping sound. We even addressed our concern about the rims making contact with the rails, but not sure if it was addressed with staff because it keeps happening every so often. Not too happy about that one. It's the nearest automatic car wash but I can say we've been considering other options lately. Hoping for improvements. On the other hand, it looks like they empty the trash frequently and keep it looking cleaned/nice.

Every car that pulled out of this wash was soaking wet. I asked the attendant what was going on and she said that the dryers are broken. I wish I had know that before I spent $25+ for water spots all over my car.
