My first time through they impressed me as the new Avis. Remember their slogan. We're #2 so we try harder. Good wash for a reasonable Ten Dollar price and the interior cleaning is free when you do it yourself.

I do not recommend Classy Chassy Carwash. On August 7, 2022, I went through the carwash and lo and behold, I received several scratches on my vehicle. I submitted a claim onsite with the carwash and I was told by the carwash attendant that I would hear a response from management within 3-5 business days. On August 22, 2022, I contacted corporate as I did not hear any response from the Williamsville location. The representative from corporate, Shanye, advised they would submit another claim for the location to contact me regarding the incident that occurred back on August 7, 2022. On August 24, 2022, I spoke with the assistant manager, Will, who advised me that it was determined that the carwash was not responsible for the damage done to my vehicle, and they refuse to take accountability or provide me with a refund due to the inconvenience that their carwash caused. I have pride in what I own and work hard for what I have, such as my vehicle. Highly disappointed and this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

Used to be better, they would give out free towels, free bottles of water and dog treats for pets. They cut it all out and are rushing the process. They also used to take the time to spray your car well, before you entered. Now they hit the send button before they start spraying and miss half the car, even when there is no line.

Terrible. Please avoid visiting and go to the nearby Delta Sonic on Transit instead. They have subpar machines, and their staff is very rude and disrespectful. Specifically the young employees who collect the money act extremely annoyed when asking basic questions about pricing. Never again.

The wash was a little better than Delta Sonic. The pre-scrub crew was the difference, I think. I never usually got my vehicle hand dried anyway. Everyone was nice and my truck is shining like new. Signed my work truck up for the unlimited washes.

Saw this place and thought...why not! Pulled right in, was welcomed, paid and got the wash! They have plenty of wash options that really clean your vehicle, I'm not joking, buckets of diffrent cleaners cover your car and are gently washed off. I'm impressed. They also offer free vacuums, clean microfiber towers, cleaners for glass and interior and even air to blow out mirrors, etc. It's very well lit during the evening and in a great location. I've used Classy Classy out in the Finger Lakes and some of the great things about them are the quality of what you pay for, consistency and most of all...they do a good job selecting friendly people to represent them. I highly reccommend!

I absolutely love the people who work here!!! I had lost a sentimental magnet, having forgotten to remove it before going through the wash, and they tried walking through between cars to find it. They couldn't at that time, but when I visited a week later, it turns out they had found it and put it to the side for me!!! I was so overjoyed!!! They always have smiles on their faces and joke with you and it just makes my day. The wash itself is great! I have a huge mom van and it goes in without a hitch. Comes out sparkling. I'm still trying to get the kids used to the noise though, haha! But they much prefer this one to the ones that are in the dark. And honestly you can't beat the price for a membership!!!

Nice new car wash, but looks are deceiving. Just my opinion here, but I didn't like the wash paddles that spin and touch the paint. These paddles were hard, my guess is they are a dense rubber. Also somehow the paddles bent the my antenna on my Jeep Wrangler. The manager/owner was really nice about it and said he would pay for it if I couldn't bent it back. Luckily I was able to bend it back with pliers. Overall $10 for their cheapest wash wasn't worth it for me.

The employees were all smiling as they scrubbed my car - i have been a member at Delta Sonic for 2 years and my car has never been cleaner then from Classy. And access to the cleaners so that I could do my own interior without having to wait and pay at Delta Sonic is a huge plus. You get what you pay for and classy is the best around

Great place to get the car washed up nice & close to home with a line significantly shorter than the one at Delta. Employees are very friendly & easy-going, always very welcoming and serving with a smile. Finally went with the monthly bath plus wash with the summer weather upon us. The nit-picking reviews I see are what you can expect from your typical Delta customers that expect a red carpet rolled out for them as they pull up. Maybe try being a respectful person and you'll get the service you desire

I bought the second highest membership (mostly due to convenience of location) but to be honest, they’re not “bad” or anything, but there’s consistently leftover soap, dirt streaks, or other areas of my car that don’t get completely washed/dried to satisfaction. But if you’re looking for a quick wash, it works well enough.

When they first opened I became a customer and purchased a monthly package. With the monthly package you are supposed to get towel exchange, yet never received a towel to start the exchange with. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal because they always had towels to dry your car and clean the interior. At first they did a great job cleaning and there were always bottles of interior wash, glass cleaner as well as clean towels. As time has progressed the ore washing has turned into a light swoop with the brush, I have received a few scratches from one of the brushes and mar car comes out only half clean. Then you have to go request towels and scrounge up glass and interior cleaner if you wish to use it. Today was the last straw.... my car was barely cleaned at all and when I again went and asked for a towel the girl gave me an attitude and told me “ there should be towels in the first three lanes, but here I’ll give you a couple” Each lane is supposed to have a towel bin with towels and I am not going and digging through bins where people are parked cleaning their cars. While I dried and tried to remove dirt from my car, I witnessed numerous customers go request towels before the girl came and restocked. I finally gave up, drove down Transit and signed up for a Delta Sonic Membership, and cancelled my Classy Chassis Membership. Delta Sonic may be busier, but for $10 more I get their top line wash and interior cleaning.... and I don’t have to worry about a towel because they dry the car down for me!

Classy Chassy is an excellent car wash. There are many different wash options at competitive prices, and interior vacuums are free to use. Lines are incredibly fast-moving, the employees are extremely friendly and professional, and they always provide outstanding customer service. Today I met a fine young man named Alex who I was extremely impressed with. My truck looked outstanding after passing through. Classy Chassy is absolutely worth a try!

This is a great place for self car wash. Plenty of space, non-rushed. Take your own time to detail nook and corners of your car. Vacuums are available but not free. I’ve been here couple times as it’s conveniently located. After my car wash I accidentally dropped a small holding pin inside, and I was fortunate enough to meet Josh who owns this place and was just walking his dog. Josh just went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate his time and courtesy. I liked his lovely dog and apparently she became a good friend to me. Thank you Josh, I’ll remember you forever. We need people like you😊😊 Totally recommend this place.

They do pretty good job here your car will come out clean and they have vacuums to really help get the job done. They're pretty expensive for a single car wash You could go through an automatic car wash and get the same thing for less than half the price. This place would be a really good idea if you wanted to buy the membership and wash your car very often then they would be very cheap per wash. Unfortunately I don't wash my car very often maybe a couple times a summer.

UPDATE:Disappointed with changes in name and service. I go there usually 1+ x's a week. They used to really spray your car b4 entering the wash, helping ensure bugs, etc are off after the wash but now not so much. Everyone is still friendly, but my car has come out needing to go through multiple times each visit. OP: I was torn between 4 and 5 because car hasn't come out perfectly clean from the wash BUT...The customer service and the youth that works here are extremely respectful and responsive to try to make the car clean if you point out what needs attention or what was missed through the wash. They also don't stack cars bumper to bumper. Love them!

Not a touch less wash. Been going there for like 3 winters did a good job but it was awfully violent. Some times they mixed up my wash package with the next guys, I had unlimited so back the next day. Most of the vacuums and air guns worked good. There were planty of trash cans. Good location close to Erie community college. The reason why I quit. Over time primarily Destroyed my factory backup camera, after market pillar trim as well as my license plate frame(see pictures). Yes one day I drove through the tunnel wash parked for towel drying and when l went to leave backup camera didn't work. Was working when I left home and has been intermittent ever since. This year going to try to Delta Sonic hopefully will not destroy my new license plate frame, and moldings.
