This location advertises open 24 hrs. This is not true. The cashier closes between 2-4 am. So he can mop the floor. Which works out great for me since that’s when I go to work and would like to pick up a drink and snacks. That’s ok though WAWA is really open 24 hrs.

what a horrific experience! I go to this gas station buy several items daily and with the consent of one of the employees fill half way up a (not even) galón cooler I have when the employee named MARITZA attacked me with verbal disrespecting front of costumers because I took some ice from the machine (when the pickup tray it self was over flowing with used ice,.. be aware of this employee for she does not restrain herself in her vocabulary towards customers, one thing for sure I’ll never be coming here again. Even dare threatened to call the police after her verbal disrespect! Amazing that she made a issue and los all my staff going there for pieces of ice.

This store is usually good in the morning. The Haitian lady that works in the afternoon has a bad attitude, is rude and disrespectful. I typically don’t complain but every time she is working it’s always the same thing. So it’s not just having a bad day, because It’s every time. She spends more time messing with her phone watching movies or talking to people than doing her job. The line gets long because she is so slow. She acts upset as if you interrupted her when you get to the register. If she is on the phone FaceTime someone, she will make you wait because her phone conversation or movie is more important. I will take my business to RaceTrac across the street in the afternoons.

Everything is super clean and organized in there! Haven’t been to this gas station in awhile, also they had a nice gentleman out side from @Hogarresa Avon park giving out baked goods for any amount of donations which is really awesome to see in Bonita springs/Naples. Made my day a bit better.

June 11 at 10:40 at this gas station, I was trying to deposit cash through my square card, note:Which they totally do. I was told in an arrogant and rude tone, by two big built ladies that they didn’t feel like it. I asked why? Which they proceeded to say that they just didn’t feel like it, like they one upped me. Any ways they suck and should really think about they’re life, it doesn’t hurt to be nice especially when I was nice. Ps. It was one of the managers that said that.
