Reopened the car wash. Got a $2 wash. Didn't get my vehicle as clean as I would hope but wasn't the worst car wash I've seen. My van barley fit in the wash, staff was nice and they gave me a damp cloth to clean my dash. Or at least that's what I think it was for.

Carded. It was expired by a week ...declined for nic pouches... couldn't just look at my face....the grey hair... I'm 40. It's quite obvious im old. Takes job way to serious... just walked out laughing.. never going back...and I'm gonna tell all my workers to skip this place in the morning..this is were we (10 guys) normally meet up.. well, just find another place.

Terrible service. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and the manager is completely incompetent. It’s frustrating dealing with people who don’t care about customers. I will never come back to this location again.

Employee working counter 8/6/2024 @ 2:30pm yelled at me like I'm a two year old and said to leave my backpack at front door. I'm 42 years old and don't take kindly to be profiled as a crook for having a backpack on. This Chevron is unprofessional and needs new manager cuz that's whom I'm blaming for their employee's poor attitude.

I anted to load my propane and the people at the store told me to go to car wash workers. I go there and the employees they come with me and 3 cars pull up for a wash and he told me wait I need to help them then more cars come and ecs. Then I go ask again they send 1 more guy and all he does is go help the other guy wash the cars And then 1 MORE GUY comes and they all wash the cars .I was there 20min nobody came up to me This happened Friday Jan 29 2021

When to get propane and had a deal with a employee who did not know the difference between an old tank and a new tank nor what year the tank was made. I would think that this owner of the Store would have the common sense to hire someone who could read. When I try to explain to the employee that the tank was a newer tank he turned into a smart a** apparently they don't care what kind of people they hire so my business could go somewhere else Harry and I hope others who have similar experiences do the same with this corporation

Paid 13 dollars for the top car wash, came back around to leave a tip, and noticed some spots missed, spoke to the attendant, and showed him several spots that came off with just an easy brush of my hand, he said "it's an automatic car wash, they miss spots sorry about your luck". I went down the street to the shell station paid the same price, and truck came out great, I will be using the shell from now on, and the deli down here at the shell is great too

Extremely great deal for a basic car wash. The guy that greeted me was also very friendly and took the time to explain what the service entailed. He even asks if you need a wipe for your dashboard! I would recommend for a quick wash of your car and such a steal at $5!

Car wash damaged my vehicle. Manager was very aggressive and unprofessional. car wash should’ve been shut down, but vehicles were still going through the car wash even though pieces of my vehicle were still in the car wash. Poor customer service do not take your vehicle there! Avoid at all cost.

This has happened for the second time now. They will deny your id if it doesn't scan in that moment and has before she refuses to type it in because its policy?Then why does every employee besides the elderly women working 6/11 @520 who is always in paitent and rude to customers.it has been evident on 2 seprete occasions in my experience. In Customer service delivery is important and consistency for business to continue to come back unfortunately I now will put my business else were. The deli food isn't the best either. 😕

Not coming here anymore. Over the last several months their prices have started to fluctuate a lot. The price on the item tag says one thing and the price in the computer says it's more. Staff is rude and immediately get defensive about it and refuses to honor the listed price. "it's not our fault the supplier doesn't change the tags". Well it's your store, maybe take a little onus.

The best sandwiches in the area, they really hook them up! It's a really well kept gas station, nice and bright. They have a car wash you can tie in when filling up gas. Micheal really took the time to make sure the tough spots got blasted off before sending us through. Huge kudos buddy!

Very rude staff, with some exceptions. For the most part it's the younger ones, it's as if they make a game out of seeing how little they can communicate with the customer. They just stare at me and don't say a word. Are you ready for my order? Say something you weirdos! Why does management allow such disrespect? One even turned around and took a 90 second break to drink their beverage while I just stood there watching, dude, take the order THEN take a drink, don't just stop in the middle of ringing me up! SO WEIRD! And the updated car wash is aggressive and missed my whole rear door. This place used to be so good, but in the last year and a half something must have happened to change it entirely.

Came for a car wash, left with paint damage. This incident just happened so I will update this review upon having more information. The store clerks were very nice, and told me to call back in the morning to speak with the manager. The car wash attendant felt it necessary to share his opinion. I simply referred him to the cameras so a before & after can be acknowledged. Happy Father’s Day! We’ll see what happens.
