Horrible. .pump did not allow use of loyalty points, did not print receipt when i had a car wash on it... had to go to counterworkers acted like jerks and said " already told the boss about it" really????

Worst gas station in town! Pumps never work properly and always stop after $5. Staff says "it does that all the time". Apparently they never plan on fixing this issue

Major gas ripoff. Their cost is by far the highest within a 5 mile radius. Don’t buy your gas there.

What kind of place says you get a free car wash then CHARGES you anyway? First time I noticed it today but it's happened multiple times apparently. Theft basically. You earned a free car wash you have to pay for. OH THANK YOU... Disputing charges.

I live in the Del Cerro neighborhood and have run into this chevron for coffee or quick items forever. Anyway, I ran in today (12/11 @ 8am) for my morning coffee and there was a young man that literally made my day. I was getting my coffee when ANTHONY asked me about my two pups that he could see in my car. We talked for a few minutes about my pups and the fact he had the same breed. Actually what we talked about wasn't important but I just felt happy when I left the store. He is a nice young man and I would like to thank him for taking those few moments out of his day to actually "see" me and that he made my day. I wish him all the best and to keep up the great work!

Ridiculously overpriced. Car wash doesn’t accept card but you don’t know that until you’re at the keypad to pay and there’s a line behind you. Machine supposedly accepts cash only…seriously?

Very good car wash and nice and clean gas station. Yes some of the things are a bit more inside with no prices on anything but it's for fast and convenient place to get things when you're on the run or go. I been going there for long time. Also Chevron is the best place around for your car needs. When your inside you we'll hear old school rock n roll music playing. I really miss the fresh baked Otis cookies gone now for a few years. O well.

This Extra Mile is the cleanest of any convenience store in San Diego, and I drive all over the county. The Restroom was spotless, fully stocked and smelled like cinnamon. I could tell the floor were cleaned , drink Stations, clean, no clutter or trash anywhere, every isle fully stocked, and the attendant Gabe was Very Nice and friendly. All I can say is Thank you 🙏 only reason not a five star is because they are high on gas even for a chevron.

Do not wash your car here. $13 for a terrible wash that leaves your car dirty. Vacuum doesn’t work well. Oh and you better hope your car dries in under 30 seconds! Haha

Gas station didn't take my Google wallet payment and then couldn't read my card, but held my card hostage, until I jiggled it and it finally read the card. Then no receipt printed. Insanely stupidly ridiculously high prices.

$18 touch-free car wash, free vacuums, and clean rags. The owner came out and handed out an air freshener and dash wipe which was super nice! The vacuum suction power was a little weak, but did the job. Would recommend!

They show high respect for disabled people. Manager Tony is morally exemplary and hires well people of similar attitude. Today I made many mistakes signing up for the discount and using it at the pump. In a world full of monsters with no soul, I swore I would get the faces, talking about me, or yelling. Instead, no such thing happened. On the contrary, there was a team effort to help me out. I never knew I could get a receipt at the pump because I always walked inside the stores to get it. The manager was so kind to me, he offered to walk with me outside to the pump and had a positive attitude. I'm really grateful to the male customer that noticed me struggling at the pump, and alerted the manager I needed help. Good looking out for your neighbor, there. I was much to ashamed and embarrassed to ask for it. Chevron should really honor the staff at this location. Thank you for not reprimanding me or becoming hostile or impatient with me. And for promoting good values and virtues in others and the world.🎖
