I have personally known Charles for a great deal of time and I must admit no one else touches my car but him. He takes pride in his work and connects with his customers on a personal level. His exception of detail from the others is the amount of time he spends "detailing" every corner making your car look like fresh from the factory again. Most crucial of all his prices are reasonable and affordable!

I've been going to Charles for a couple years now. He's always done a stand up job, but where he really excels is with his customer service. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. Charles is always willing to work around schedules and do everything he can for his customers. I recently had my puppy have an accident in my truck's seat and I asked if he could help out. Without a beat, he instructed me to come in that same day and he made the seat look brand new. Charles is also a big supporter of the military and always willing to give great deals. Fantastic experience. I am selling the car and was advised to get it detailed. Even though he was booked up for a week, Charles called me back when a he got a cancellation and took my car right in. He did an amazing job, even steam-cleaned the engine. Plus, Charles is a super-nice guy and a pleasure to work with. He obviously works hard and takes an immense amount of pride in what he does. I meant to make this review a few days ago, right after I got the work done, but it just slipped through the cracks. My car was a disaster, an unmitigated disaster. Pet hair, melted ice cream, other food stains, dust, crumbs, the works. Now it looks like I just drove it off the lot. The work was high quality and it was affordable. It came recommended by a friend of mine and I pass the recommendation along. The next time I need my car detailed, I know exactly where I'm taking it.

Highly recommend using Charles to detail your car, inside and out! My 2003 Mercedes-Benz C230 (pictured) had not been professionally detailed or waxed in about 5 years. Charles and his son paid very close attention to details, and even cleaned my very dirty seatbelts and trunk. He’s also very flexible with his scheduling.

Not only did Charles do a fantastic job cleaning my Toyota, but he also delivered it back to my house, which was such a convenience.
