Rey provided me with superior customer service at Champions Car Wash located off of Stone Oak Parkway when I took my Lexus in and requested the Base Hit Wash. He upgraded my wash at no additional cost and allowed me to keep my $6 coupon to use on my next visit since it was scheduled to rain later that night. I highly recommend using Champions Car Wash and will definitely go back again soon to use their services.

I went to Champion carwash for the first time. I don’t have a membership, but I am definitely considering getting one. Jordan was at the kiosk of entry. He elaborated on all the different types of memberships and offers going on right now. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. Customer service to that standard is hard to come by nowadays. Thanks Jordan 👍🏻

Aside from the employees barely saying a word it was a very nice car wash. The towels were a nice addition with the glass cleaner. My only actual issue was when I pulled up to the tunnel, there wasnt anyone there to guide me forward and I waited for almost a minute till someone showed and hey sprayed my windshield, then pulled up some sign which i couldnt read, because the spray he used made it hard to see, but since I know how these washes work. I put my car in neutral and went on my way.

I went to the car wash Sunday January 11th as I have been a member here a while. When I was motioned to do "nuetral/hands off the wheel", I did as usual but felt the rear driver tire was lifted. The car started to move so thought it was fine. Almost towards the end my tire jumps 2 rollers causing the car behind me to collide. Luckily the other driver had only a mark but my vehicle is definitely damaged. When letting Ray know in the office, he almost immediately insinuated that I hit the brake causing the accident(before even viewing video). The other member and I know our placements of the vehicles felt off and the only time my vehicle brakes were hit was in order to put it in drive after I was hit. Ray acted completely unprofessional and rude. When examining the cars he tried to say my damage wasnt from the accident that just happened. Then to top it off he insisted I "lie just to get a payout and say I thought the vehicle infront of me was going to hit me", to which I was clear that I will not be telling a lie that didnt happen! I am extremely disappointed in management and how I've been treated. I have been in contact with the other driver and he is in complete agreement that I did nothing wrong. I am disgusted and have even sent info to the email listed on the reviews with ZERO response to that. Zero integrity and will never recommend again.

This business is fraudulent. I visited for a one-time car wash, yet without my authorization or consent, they retained my card information and began charging me afterward. I was charged $5 in August and September, and then the charges were increased to $40 in October, November, and December without approval. I strongly advise against using this establishment. Your debit or credit card information is not secure with them.

I visited Champions Car Wash recently. It was about 30 min. before closing and the place was almost completely dark, not the carwash itself. I wasn't sure if it was open, but I drove in anyway and it was. Besides that weird scene, the carwash was fine and it had all the usual amenities. I don't know if the light issue is a regular thing, so I'd recommend going while it's still daylight.
