Terrible service. Purchased two new vehicles. 1st service oil and tire rotation on my wife’s vehicle took over four hours. I was then told on 1/27/25 to walk in for my oil change on 1/28/25. Arrived at 8am after commuting 1 hour and was turned away as they were only taking service by appointment… would not recommend buying or servicing your vehicles at Sam lemans..

Took my Jeep in for an oil change. That was all fine and good, except for the tech forgetting to reset the oil-change notification... Again. Also, they marked my brakes as "marginal," which is completely ridiculous since I just did pads and rotors myself on all four corners. When I pointed out the basically-new brakes, the tech said it was probably just miscalibrated measuring tools...
