Please tell me how this is supposed to make sense you have advertised on your son $12 car Wash free vacuum you come to the vacuum to put the coins in the machine don't take the coins so how the hell does that make any sense this was the worst decision y'all made by making it card only in that card and cash

I use the automatic carwash 2 times a month for a quick wash and dry. While a miracle is never expected, I'm disappointed in its inability to not clean a relatively well maintained and semi monthly polished and waxed vehicle. I've had it double charge me before and didn't leave a negative review. But today was the last time with the half a** wash.

I almost didn’t call, but I’m so glad I did, because Harold answered. From the moment he picked up, he handled my concern with professionalism and genuine care. He immediately reached out to the local office, kept me informed, and within minutes, I could actually hear the manager checking the truck in real time. Sure enough, they found my sunglasses! They helped me pick out a size I would need based on the size of house I had in Alabama. It was perfect!! The price was prorated & very reasonable. The entire process was easy! The virtual person inside was a bit strange at first, but we shared the same first name “Beth” and all was good. Thank you for being there and moving truck had easy access to deliver my stuff!
