First time customer and it will NOT be the last! Nice staff and TOTALLY ❤ the 🌈 shower combo my Emily experienced! The Giant rolling driers were AWESOME! I feel safe at the vacuum station as well, not worried about looking over my shoulder hoping no one sneaks up on me to rob/harm me or take my car. I read a lot of mystery/ death books (sorry). Carwood cares for its customers, Thank you!

I found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try—especially because they offered a free car wash. Honestly, I expected just an “okay” wash, but OMG!!! It was such a great experience! The staff is friendly, the place is spotless, and the vacuums have amazing suction power. The prices are reasonable, and even the most economical option does NOT disappoint. They also have a $19.99/month unlimited car wash membership (I don’t know all the details yet), but I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to everyone. I loved it! Check it out!

This place wasn’t packed at all Of course it’s clean because it’s a new facility but I wouldn’t take my car there anytime soon Maybe not at all after seeing that my outlet cover has broken off and my interior not wiped properly 🤬 I believe that’s a no for me 👎👎👎👎👎

I love bringing my car through Carwood! The staff is always friendly, and Edwin and the crew there always greets me with a smile and makes the experience even better. I have taken 6 or 7 brand new cars through this wash. I currently have three cars on the monthly membership. This carwash does it right. They even put out microfiber towels to use.

OK, I’ve been going to this place for almost 4 months. I got a plan for $40 a month and for some reason every time I put it in the car wash, the rear of the car is dirty almost as if the brushes are not long enough to reach And also on the sides of the car so today I went there, and I specifically instructed the gentleman that’s spraying before you go in to spray my side passenger panel and make sure he gets the back so there’s too much noise and he ignores me completely and I said stop and he doesn’t stop the machine so the roller keeps going under my tires I said to him just do your job right and make sure you do what I tell you on the side to get the dirt out all of a sudden, the guy with the tattoos and muscles he wants to fight me. He said to get out of the car to fight and I said are you stupid or something and he gets more mad till the manager comes down and the manager starts screaming at me telling me to get out when I’m paying $40 a month. What kind of shenanigans is this?

I have been a lifelong Customer of Carwood Car Wash for many years, and with many different cars, including BMW sedans, a previous and now a new Honda CRV! They used to be a no touch Car Wash back in the day. Now they have the automated Car Wash, which makes the whole experience fast and easy! I like how I could vacuum my own car afterward in their spacious lots. Thanks for the Free Car Washes, and the reasonable $10 Car Washes, Carwood Car Wash!

This car wash place is pretty new. I'm quite happy with the service. My 3rd visit today. Got some small corners that they missed but they cleaned them when I brought turn up. The waiting lounge isn't bad at all with vending machines and TV, AC. Ooh, they do have solar panels on the new roof covering the full servie bay! Pretty cool 😎

Great place! I had gone to another local car wash, talk to them about my vehicle, and I said yes they can wash it. Drove in, they said no, it's too old. I want to Carwood, talked to them about my vehicle, they said yes they can do it. I drove in, super professional staff, friendly, washed my pickup beautifully!! I'm super happy! Fantastic place! I love carwood carwash. All the employees are awesome and helpful. I ook my car there several times for detailing and I was not disappointed. They dealt with the loss of a loved ones car with care. I only use this car wash. They offer towels to clean your car and you can take as long as you need to vacuum. And once again, the staff is very helpful and pleasant.

The car wash was excellent. The place was busy. I pulled up to the kiosk and followed the prompt. The vehicle came out cleaner and shinier then when it went in. There were ample spots to park and vacuum your vehicle after the wash, and the vacuum has great suction. There was little to dry cause the carwash did a good job. The whole experience was fast and easy.

On 12/6 I came to get my car washed for the 4th time. The machine wash totally ripped the sun roof visor off its hinges, scratched the paint and almost snapped completely off. The manager on duty had me fill a report out and to watch my email and phone for a call or email. I have not heard anything since. If they take care of the damage they have done to my car, I will change this review. But until then, I’d recommend trusting someone else with your prized possessions.

I used to visit this car wash frequently when it first opened and had no issues, but I eventually switched to self-serve washes. I happened to be in the area and decided to use a coupon for a free wash. Everything was going smoothly until the end, when the rotating brush left scratches on my hood. On a positive note, I do appreciate that they now provide towels for drying your car.
