Ye we're done here. Last 3 'super cleans' were sloppy. Rims still dirty, interior was vacuumed but still had some blemishes, dirty and leaves under my wipers still. Sad part is, I left my car there for 3 hours. Which means they had more than enough time to do a good job, but chose mediocrity. Good bye.

Would put less stars if I could. Overpriced and careless! After my car wash, I come out to find my car with a broken center console. Why even look in the center console??? When I brought this to their attention, they asked if I could come back tomorrow so that they could "super glue" it back together. No thanks. Didn't even get my money back for the overpriced $15 car wash. Total scam.

LEFT WINDOW OPEN DURING AUTOMATIC CAR WASH! The interior of the rental car was unacceptably dirty, requiring me to finish the vacuuming at home. To make matters worse, I discovered the back right seat was soaking wet, with a pool of water in the door handle. It became clear that they had left the back window open during an automatic car wash. Upon returning to the rental office to request a refund, the manager dismissed my concerns, claiming it was 'petty' to ask for my money back since the car was now 'clean.' His response was both rude and unprofessional, and his continued defense of this negligence in the comments is truly astonishing.

Paid 60$ for interior cleaning and bumper bug removal. They left me a trash bag inside, didn’t even remove any of the bumper bugs and they left me those dirty towels in the car. Literally the only thing they did is vacuuming and they didn’t do it right.

Im so upset and frustrated about what was done to my car .They appeared to have did a good job ,until My service light came back on the next day after service. Fast foward They are responsible for messing up the oil panel in my vehicle . Everywhere I went refused to fix it due to how bad my oil was leaking. Now I have to come out of pocket triple for the damages they caused my car. That part shown below shouldn't look like that. Horrible service. Bad business.

Been coming here for years. Now all of sudden they charge $10 dollars for "oversized" vehicles . They barely vacuum the inside and dust still everywhere. Last time I take it here.

Went u read the review u always try to give the establishment the benefit, you never know how things where running that day or how many employs they had working. After reading the bad reviews I still decided to give then no a Chace but a 3rd chance I spoke with the person that shows u the packages and explain to him that I'm previous occasions they had left some spots on my car dirty (the same spots shown in my images) this was a good car was I don't understand what happen. Management please take a good look at what is been left this is the 3rd time this is left like this. If you guys don't want people returning plz let us know and we won't return.

Don’t waste your time bringing your car here. They do a horrible job! I’ve giving this place many chances but I’m done! I took my car in today & they didn’t even cleaned the inside, only vacuum. The girls that clean the inside are lazy & always in a rush. Don’t waste your money!

been taking my car there since it was new the last three times I’ve been horrible experiences three times ago. I had to have them touch the car up after they was Done cleaning it the last time I was there their machine broke, and they didn’t know how to get the soap off the car I had to tell him to pull it out front and use the regular hose today. I went there. The car hadn’t been washed in several weeks. They vacuumed. It took it through the car washed the technicians finished cleaning it supposedly told me your car is done. I walk out there to it. It didn’t even look like it had been through the car wash so I went and got the manager brought them over asked him first is your machine working OK he assured me that it was I showed in my car and he couldn’t believe his eyes. It looked like it had never been washed so I asked him can you hand wash it so he took it around to the side hand washed it from half the door down, wiped it down. Look me in the eyes and told me if I wanted it cleaner than that, I probably should do it myself unbelievable so I asked him if I ever come back there again should I just get a hand washed the look I got was unbelievable. My wife has been telling me services ago not to go back there me wanted to give them a second chance and they have blue it never will I ever go back there again

It’s great here! They make sure everything is great with your car, while doing the oil change! Every time I come I know that I’m in good hands! The staff here is awesome! We paid $150 to fully wash the interior of our truck, we didn’t pick it up the first time because they did a terrible job, they call me the next day and say that the truck is ready just to find the truck in the same condition and they say the manager is not there, do not come to this place, it’s expensive and they do a terrible Job

Today I had a bad experience at this site. I went to change the oil and I wanted my pickup to have the paint right and I asked and the man told me that it would be like new, I paid the sum of 250 dollars with the assurance that my truck would look good. In the end it was all lies and look how it turned out. The man says that it seems good what they think about this. Maybe I'm wrong, or the person has bad eyes because he says they're perfect. hahahahahahaha 0000

Expect to do some waiting here but the waiting is worth it. They do a good job. I had a great experience today here. the staff was very helpful and professional. I was happy with my car wash and I got a car deodorant. This place has a nice indoors waiting area. It is air-conditioned you can also buy drinks. I recommend to bring cash. The machine takes credit but there is a minimum. This place also does oil changes. Next time I am defenetly doing both

This is just the place to come to be insulted by the owner and detailer! They have no respect for their guests and gaslight you into thinking their right! I wouldn't trust these people with my vechile or belongings again.... they continue to answer my reviews and acknowledge me because they have nothing better to do. I'll remind everyone that the owner said im not Educated at all... and the detailer thinks its his business to parent me! And this owners store is empty and trashed with boxes all over the floor and dust and garbage everywhere. These people do not know how to run a business and do not respect you. Please DO NOT come here look at the other reviews about people's car being dirty still and even tho the detailer did a "Great job".....

Quality really dropped here… spent over an hour waiting for my car to be hand washed after several employees confirmed it would be out momentarily. $45 plus tip seems attractive for a hand wash and vacuuming but the quality work left me quite disappointed. Personnel in friendly but you’re better off finding another shop for more bang for your buck.

I have been coming here for a few years now not had a problem but this one time I do, I was handled horrible. I went to them 3/16/2025 around 1pm the picture with the mouse is there camera and mine-the others I took , look at the windshield how can they say I came with that long crack and then try to point out something else to blame it on. The so called manger didn’t even show no concern just finish working on somone car and said they was rolling they camera back and had me waiting for 30 minutes then come back and say oh we will call you back after reviewing the camera playing games. The lady at front desk said mam I am going to be honest with you they don’t normally do anything about stuff like this fill out this complaint form and take those babies homes (had my kids with me as well) and wait to hear back from them. I was at this car wash a total of almost 3 hours that’s on waiting on my car then additional time trying to resolve my windshield being cracked. When my car was finish being wash they had recite covering where crack was which implied they seen the crack and tried to cover it up. These people are bad business customer service suck front desk be outside hitting 100 cigarettes while customers waiting at desk nobody can help always have send u around to the next person nobody speak English and employees be fighting among each other ‼️ Please do not give them no service they need to be shut down believe the other people and look how they reply to the comments left about them nothing is professional about them. I will upload the text a next of how they handling me and the young girl take ur payments at the beginning of wash is the one to do there dirty work.
