I’ve come to this car wash multiple times over the years when it had a different name. Tonight I went to get my car detailed per usual. I pulled up and no one approached the car or spoke to me even though there were multiple people outside. I went in the office and there was no one there. I went back outside and approached an attendant and asked if they were open. He looked at my car and said “it’ll be $90, no $120, no, $150, and it will take a very long time.” I have brought my car here for years and it’s always been $90. He kept just throwing out higher and higher prices with no explanation and also just saying “omg it’s going to take so long.” My car was cleaner than other times I’ve brought it here. He also smelled strongly of alcohol like he had been drinking liquor. I decided to leave and won’t be coming back. This was terrible service and the guy was completely unprofessional and I believe drunk.

This is place is great! Great service and great job! I called a few places and then this place, and the lady in the phone was extremely friendly and helpful and right away offered me a discount. I came there to see a professional place where she gave me the $90 package at a discount for $75! They absolutely did a great job at cleaning the outside and the inside all by hand and with a really professional team. Definitely 5 stars!!!

I had an amazing experience here. They literally made my car look and smell brand new, like I just drove it off the lot. The waiting area was super nice and comfortable, and they even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited which was such a nice touch. It’s definitely on the pricier side but you can tell you’re paying for quality because they truly go above and beyond. I once went to the Jeep dealership expecting this level of detail and didn’t even get close. Here they absolutely nailed it.

Ecozone Car Wash on 7th Street absolutely ruined my truck. I brought it in for a wash, paid $120, and left with deep scratches all over the hood, doors, and trim. Their so-called “gold” service was nothing but careless handling. This isn’t just bad service - it’s total negligence. If you value your vehicle, do NOT take it here. Worst car wash!

Always love getting my car wash here! Customer service is excellent. I come here maybe once a quarter to make sure my car looks sharp. A bit pricy for cleaning a Lexus Rx, but they do pay attention to detail which is a plus! On top of it the team is quick, especially when you go on a Saturday morning and you are in a rush (20-30 minute) on the gold package for a large car. Overall great customer service! And also got an espresso.

The staff here are all very nice and efficient. It took a little over an hour for my car to be finished but looked brand new when I came back to it. Everything in my car was shiny but there was no greasy feeling to it like I’ve had at other places. Honestly I don’t know if I’ve ever seen my floor mats this clean. The prices are a little on the high side but definitely worth it. (To be fair I am new to Miami so maybe these prices are typical) Overall I highly recommend this place if you need a thorough car wash and you can’t beat that freshly clean car scent!!
