This is a gentle carwash. No need to tape down rear wiper blades. Reasonably priced. I recommend this carwash at any of their locations.

No hand wash at all! Just go to McAllen for 5 star service. If you have a lowered car they turn you away

Over rated car wash. Expensive, mediocre carwash and services. Not to mention, lonnnngggg wait time, over two hours for a car wash. Several attendants were just standing around while some worked to finish cars on their own.

SOMEONE PUT SCRATCHES ON MY SIDE WINDOW! Stopped by today to get the inside of my tiny pickup cleaned and detailed and Armor-Alled. Must have taken a half hour, and slowly ate a Subway sandwich during that time in the waiting room. The red chairs in the lobby were scary to sit on; some looked like they were peed on and dried. If one were to have chairs in a busy sitting area, you put chairs with patterns on them that hide stains, not real red chairs. No coffee or side tables in there to set a drink down or put anything down. They did have a TV in a corner to watch. It cost me $12 for just the inside job of a tiny pickup, vacuum and armour-all. When done, I went out to check it. There was still debris on the floor of the truck. So someone supposedly cleaned it out again, while I walked to CVS. Came back, and checked it out, they didn't do much. I found long blonde hairs, debris, glitter that was there before, floor mats disheveled, not in the rings that hold them in place. No use complaining again, as obviously their service was shabby. Drove home, and when I closed and locked the driver's door, noticed something funny on the inside windshield near the door lock. The window had scratches deep in it. I've had that pick-up 16 years, never ever had anything like that before, and after a detailed "cleaning" there, I get deep scratches in the window by the door lock????? I called and talked w Mr. Gomez. He talked to his two employees who detailed my car. Of course, they didn't do it... Someone else must have done it from when I picked it up from their place and drove it home… Tho my Toyota pick-up is old, it is a sharp looking one. I still get strangers coming up to me wanting to buy it. I take good care of my stuff. I went there the next day, and the Supervisor was there. He said those scratches must have occurred from opening the window the day it happened! So, he more or less admitted that if those scratches occurred, it must have happened then while at his place, or when opening or closing my window! . My windows work smooth as silk! He also pointed out my windows are factory tinted. The tint is embedded into the glass. The scratches are deep in there. The scratches were keyed, or some other method used. Maybe one of the two employees was a relative of the Mr. Gomez or something, which is why he is claiming it's not his fault. I think whoever did the second "cleaning" did it, but the second cleaning was as worthless as the first! I had been there years ago, and they did a fantastic job on cleaning my car. I really think I'd remember scratches that deep right where I have to open and close the door lock every time I open or lock that door. Now every time I use the door lock, I'll think about that crappy car wash. Hope your luck there is better than mine!

The prewash was good and the actual car wash was good, the guys wiping the car down did a terrible job we paid for the works and when we got home the tires were not with tire conditioner, the black on the car wasn't wiped down, some places were not even touched,we drove back up and they finally got things done. Get out and check your vehicle before leaving.

Would not honor rain check after calling that because of work I couldn't take my truck. Young lady took number and name and asked another person to make sure but when I got there the man did not ask in office. That made me very upset and just said no the only reason I would get my vehicles washed was the rain check and the punch card. The card they did away with after 10 wash would get one free so after all this I am taking my business somewhere else....

I selected the basic wash and interior vacuuming, 6/24/2021, went inside to wait for my vehicle, I get on it start running my errands and notice the gear lock cap is not there, I'm the only one who drives my vehicle and I have ocd, so I like to keep things like new most of the time, i get back to the carwash and let them know, that the small piece was there before they washed it, I told them I was not asking for credit or free carwash I just wanted to know what happened and let them know it was not nice to have things taken from your car, I looked up the cap online, and it's worth 20 dlls, more than what I paid for the carwash, awful experience, and awful service, it's a convinient spot but not worth it getting things stolen from your vehicle.

Not only did they not wash or vacuum my car or my wife's car completely but the also tried using the time frame to scare us off since they wanted to leave by 5 pm(closing time). They told us it would take 2 hours, which I didn't mind, and it only took 45 minutes (4:58pm) I wouldn't have been upset if I was told they don't take orders this close to closing, I would have been back at an earlier time the next day. Instead, they rushed the process and left us with dirty cars that looked the same as when we brought them, just greasy and shiny. Horrible place and not worth the $83 we paid for the supposed "works"

Took my wife's vehicle to get washed vacuumed and aArmoral windows remain dirty after I left. Vacuum very sloppy still very dirty. Overall very disappointed would never return to this place. Don't waste your money here.
