The worst car wash I've ever had done. Being a professional driver comma the car came out almost as dirty as it went in. Or the $18 Super Deluxe whatever they want to call it it wasn't worth a dollar. I will never go back there again comma not even recommend it to my worst enemy. Stay away from there it's a rip-off. Unsatisfied not delighted customer. If you want to get screwed go to a massage parlor

This is a great place to get your car washed for a relatively inexpensive fee, and quick hand dry. You get the vacuum your car yourself. They also do a good job detailing if you want leave your car there for any detailing services.

My vacuum was so weak. It barely picked up anything. I tested every vacuum there and they were all weak. I ended up going to the car wash on West. Please fix your vacuums. *EDIT* to their response. It was every single vacuum and people probably don't complain because they are free. It's not like if I went to management you would turn up the suction right away. If it was one vacuum sure but they were all terrible.

They only wash the outside of the car, then you can pull to the side and vacuum it out yourself. They do half, you do half. With their most expensive wash there are still some spots on my car. They couldnt quite manage the butterfly massacre as of late. It is okay for in-between trips to The Washtub, and certainly better that a gas station.

I told them I wanted to have my car detailed for sale. I bought the package that includes interior detailing, but when I opened my car door they had not done the Armor All. They didn't try to even apologize, and made some kind of excuse since the plastic hadn't received armor-all in a while, that they don't like to do it. Why couldn't they tell me that up front? And they didn't get to work right away on fixing the interior problem, I had to wait even longer for them to get around to it. Also, they never called me that my car was done, I walked back and saw that my car was waiting. I wonder how long they were going to keep me waiting? Even the exterior and interior that they did do, did not look exceptional- I saw a lot of crumbs left over, looked like they had done a regular car wash. They didn't vacuum my trunk at all! I had to come back- again no apologies for skipping a part of the services I had already purchased.

I went to this car wash with free vacuum machines today around noon when it wasn't busy. The vacuum machines suck! I tried 3 of them. There’s a reason they’re FREE! I paid for a $12 car wash which included tire shine spray and hand drying of the car. The woman who took my money was very nice, the young man at the other end of the wash was a Rude, Unprofessional, As!*+ol- ! He obviously didn’t want to do his job so he gave me a bunch of dirty looks and did the “bare minimum” of what he was required to do. Also, as soon as I left, I stopped to inspect the exterior of the car and and that rude young man had sprayed tire shine liquid on the car’s exterior all around the tires. Unless you’re prepared to fight to get what you pay for and like Drama, I highly suggest you go somewhere else for a car wash. I will never go back to this place. ************* Highly Unprofessional *****************

The wash itself was not too bad, but the service was not good. I waited 5 mins on the attendant... and was not greeted nicely. I was simply told I was in the wrong spot. The attendant was not welcoming and seemed to want to get me in and out...the business was not busy by the way. After this, I spoke to who I thought was the manager...he simply defended the attendant and basically said I was being too sensitive. I think 2 stars is fair...because I could get the same wash for 6 bucks at the gas station...and not have to deal with poor service.

They detailed my 2010 car and did an amazing job. A little pricey but worth it. My car looks new inside and out. Carpets and leather came out spotless. Crumbs and dirt are gone from every crevice. Trunk, console, cup holders and glove box spotless as well. Very nice job.

One of the best little secrets near Bitters and Blanco intersection. This car wash does use the brushes vs. a touch-less but I haven't had it damage any car I've taken through the car wash. The team here is also good about drying the car off, if you get the ultimate wash - which is affordable. I hope your experience is as good as mine.

I got the -Complete Wash for $13- and it was a great quick good wash that my car needed. And the people were very nice and friendly. Quick working and got the job done. Only thing that should be changed is the website, because some prices are not relevant anymore 😂 and I didn't know until I asked for a wash that they no longer had. But other than that will definitely come again!

10/10 would recommend!!! I picked up my car after it was in storage for 2 years. The interior looked like someone did a few oil changes in mechanic clothes then hopped in my car and smeared themselves everywhere. I was furious to say the least. Took my car to Car Wash America. Was very impressed. Now I’ll tell you their services cost some real pretty pennies. My detail was $250, but my interior was trashed. I’ll let the before and after photos convince you of their excellent work. You’ll drop your car off and leave it for a few hours while they do their magic so have a friend or family member then can shuttle you around.

This is a great place to get your car washed at a reasonable price. I usually go here and pay for the $20 wash. This pays for my small SUV to get a good wash. It also covers a cleaning of tires and gets my wheel rims cleaned, too. The only thing you have to do is when you arrive, get out of the car to vacuum it yourself or throw the trash away inside of your car. I hope your experience is as good as mine has been over the past 5+ years of using this establishment.

Just moved to town and drove 2200 miles. My car had seen better days. Stopped by to get a car wash. $20, and they wipe the car down, hand clean the wheels and apply good quality tire shine. Really impressed with this car wash! Free vacuums on top of all of that.
