Really loved this car wash the free vacuums & cleaning supplies & towels is so lovely however today my car has a huge scratch of paint gone and multiple scratches throughout the body of my jeep. I know for a fact they were not there before as they are so obvious right when I open my driver door especially.

I typically have a good experience here. The staff today fell short. He assisted 3 cars to go in front of me and had me back up to go to a different terminal that didn't work and really didn't know what he was doing

Josh helped show me the scrubbing sink to hear everything off my mats. People are kind and helpful. We moved to Ohio to be by our son and daughter in law. My son in Marimont said Carriage House is the best car wash in Cincinnati. He was right! Great job!

Update: I would like to give an update on our experience with Carriage House Car Wash, Rick has went above and beyond in helping both myself and my Husband through the process of fixing our vehicle. Rick took the time to meet up with us personally and apologize for the damage that happened to our vehicle in the wash and offered to cover the cost in full for the replacement of our antenna. From the time we met up with him to discuss the damage to the time our vehicle was repaired Rick made sure to keep in contact with us the whole time. Our antenna has now been replaced and I’m thankful that they were able to get that taken care of for us. Rick truly turned a horrific experience into a very pleasant one and we both appreciate the sincere apology and the willingness to help us through the process of getting our vehicle repaired. Thank you so much, Rick!! **I have included the before and after pictures. My Husband and I went through last Thursday at the Wilder,KY location and afterwards noticed that our antenna was knocked off of our car. We alerted the company of the issue and they asked that we come in and file an incident report on Friday which we did after attending a funeral. We were told to go back to the location the incident occurred at and file the report only to get there and be told we needed to drive down to the Wooster Pike location instead. So after running around to file the complaint instead of being able to grieve the loss of a loved one in peace we were able to file the report and have them take pictures of the damage while being assured by the owner that they would resolve the issue within 72 hours or less. Five days went by with no word from this company so my Husband sent an email back requesting an update and was told they couldn’t find video footage of us at the car wash even though I had the receipt from the car wash along with photo proof with a time stamp. No response back. Another day goes by and we received another email stating they would not take ownership for the damage that occurred (7 days after the incident which exceeds the 72 hour time frame we were promised) and that it was a manufacturer flaw and to contact the dealership. I have not had any issues previously and this type of response is extremely unprofessional and the lack of responsibility they take for issues like this is a poor reflection on the company. I have read other horror stories on the better business bureau from other customers who had the same issue and received the same exact word for word email response that we did. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and do plan on taking other action regarding this matter. I only hope that others can see this and choose to not use this company so that they will not have to deal with damages to their car as well. Do better Carriage House!!

Great place to go get a car wash. Prices are good and competitive, the wash you get is excellent and better than other larger chain companies. The no extra charge amenities to vacuum, dry, clean windows with spray and fresh clean towels are 2nd to none. A bonus is the staff on hand are always friendly and polite. Highly recommend. 3 plus years and have also visited their other locations and just as nice.

I went to get a car wash and as I was about halfway through it, a piece that keeps the rain from leaking through the top of my car came off and was dangling down by the drivers door. As I got out of the car wash I went to park to see what had happened. A nice lady came over and helped me try to fix it and when we couldn’t, she had me fill out an incident report. It wasn’t until I was home that I looked at my car and realised it was all scratched up. There were scratches on the top of the car and paint chipped on the sides. Not only that but the tires were scratched up with chunks taking out of the rims. I know for a fact these scratches and dents were not there before. I also know that paint was not chipped. I have always gone and used their free vacuums but this was the first time in the car wash. After that experience it will be the last. Matt Hill emailed us and said that nothing was out of the ordinary in the cycle I went through so he said there was nothing they could do. Obviously it was the car washes fault because none of this damage was here before I went through the car wash. If I could rate this experience 0 stars I would because they don’t even deserve one.

Beware to anyone who uses this car wash, this car wash has damaged 3 vehicles from my family. On May 24, I took my Ram 2500 through the car wash and about halfway through the car wash, my rain guard on the driver side window was completely snapped off and bent my front license plate. After I exited the car wash and parked, I took pictures of the damage and told an employee what happened and filled out a damage report and was told I would have a response within 72 hours. Well I do not here anything from them until 15 days later just to find out they won’t cover the damage they caused because the part may be “aftermarket”. So I’m out $120 on my truck to replace the plate and the rain guard. On May 26 I take a Volvo XC90 to get washed and at the same spot my truck was damaged, my side mirrors both were smashed all the way forward against my car and luckily were not ripped off. I did not report that since the mirrors still go in and out but now make grinding noises when folded in or out. The final damage done to a vehicle was completely bending the license plate on a Audi A6 sedan. I am extremely disappointed that instead of saying they will even cover some of the damage they caused, they send me 2 free washes for my truck. I’m confused why they think I’ll take my vehicle to the same place where it was damaged at. It’s sad that the wash card i was given as a gift will go to waste. So before you take any vehicles through here, especially suvs or trucks, go somewhere else and or do it yourself so you are not in the situation I am in.

Impressed with how clean the auto wash got my intensively daily driven car. They have microfiber towels, general cleaner, and glass cleaner available for personal use to spot clean any sticky spots as well as inside of your windows. They have many stations with free vacuum cleaners, no wash required! Clean facility with 2 nice restrooms as well. Will return again and highly recommend!

I enjoy coming to this car wash. There are plenty of spaces after the car wash for vacuuming. My suggestion is to come on a weekday when it’s less congested. It can get packed on the weekend, naturally. Feedback: labeling the cleaning supplies in the spray bottles may be helpful. I believe the blue liquid spray is to clean the glass but I’m not sure what the reddish solution is.

The worst Carriage House I’ve been to. You can hardly get vacuums because there are only six. And there are people literally giving a mini detail to their cars. Will they announce that we’re doing upgrades here a few weeks ago I was hoping that it would be more room to vacuum the cars, but evidently that’s not the case.

I typically have a great experience here. I recently bought a new car, took it through the car wash a few weeks after getting it. Upon arriving home from the car wash, I discovered my rims had been destroyed with scratches. I went to the car wash hours later to handle this situation. The manager was very friendly, explained the process of getting this fixed. Explained the customer service manager would contact me by noon the following day & from there he would request a quote to getting it fixed. When I reached out to the customer service manager, he told me he hadn’t even looked at my claim/situation. Then a couple days later I received a short email explaining they reviewed footage and they determined it WAS NOT the car wash that did this to my vehicle. When I responded asking for the evidence and a review of this, as I am certain the car wash did this, I have never revived a response. I Took the appropriate protocol and reported the damage to the car wash immediately, in hopes that they would handle the situation appropriately. But after my experience with the customer service manager & the failure to even try and support a customer who just got her brand new car damaged, I WILL NEVER be back to this car wash again or anything other Carriage House. It is absolutely ridiculous that they shut down this situation with little to no communication, they were unprofessional & quite frankly your car wash is responsible.

They all seem about the same, but the best part is the complimentary vacuums/cleaning supplies included with any wash. Theres about a dozen spots to pull into and clean out the car, which are never too full.

The staff here was very helpful! After getting my car washed it did a fair job. I noticed that I needed to vacuum as well and to my conveniency this car wash has free vacuum that does have good suction. 10/10 recommend
