I could build the part myself for the price they are asking. Do your research first people!!

Made me up some hydraulic line plugs... Otherwise when rebuilding excavator arm... It'd blast all over and make a mess..

Helpful staff and large inventory. Only lacking five stars due awkward location. It would be very easy to miss

If people say they are going to help you, then they should help you! Not not help everyone else n act like your not still standing there! Get someone that takes the order of the people that come in not do what you want! Old people! Move on.....

Took in car with a year and half old battery I purchased at CarQuest, that would not hold charge. Instead of replacing battery under warranty, they blamed it on an electrical draw. I took it to service garage. No electrical draw. Bad battery cell. It cost me about 300.00 to find out there was no electrical draw. The battery had a bad cell in it. Terrible customer service!

I can't tell you how grateful I am for this place and the helpful staff that run it. I borrowed a car for a doctor's appointment out of town and the power steering was messing up so I stopped here and Ralph helped me fix it when I didn't know how to. I don't think I've ever met a nicer person. It's good to know that there are still amazing people in this world and they work at CarQuest. ❤

Very knowledgeable clerk who explained what could cause my Emmission System Control warning light to come on. He offered to hook up their OBD scanner but warned it would reset the codes. I declined since it was going into the shop in a couple of days.

I stopped by your store as I have before, one reason because you have great people. Today I needed oil AJ was behind the counter. Because I was looking for specific oil and was greatly surprised of your price, and since I was there and AJ was so courteous and professional I ordered a special part for my Cobra, can't say enough Thank you Car Quest.

Got a sealed lead battery from Indiana advance auto 3 days ago. Brought it here to do an exchange because I am over the road. The sealed battery leaked battery acid and I wanted a fresh one that had no leaked. 1st guy started to say how it is my fault because it was was tilted over. I was under the impression sealed batteries didnt leak so this could of been my mistake. I still asked to havr a replacement. 2nd guy brought me one that was 5 over months older then the one I brought in. I tested it at home had 60% charge so i charged it and did a test and it failed. Closer inspection of the battery terminals it looks like it was already connected to truck. Not sure it it was but it failed battery test Smh i will go to STL to try my luck. Carquest and advanced auto are the same company when using the advance auto they website they reference Carquest for store pick ups.

The staff were very understanding and helpful. UPDATE 062921 Well I came by today as I am having issues with my A/C, yes, the new Trailblazer, and hoped it just needs a recharge. Well the gentleman inside was very, very helpful and even came out to make sure I was doing it correctly! Now that's service. Anyway, I did my first ever recharge of freon into a vehicles system (see new attached photo) and hope it works. In any case, thank you CarQuest on MacArthur Blvd for your counsel and assistance.
