Elisha was friendly and helpful with figuring out what wash was best for me. I actually ended up with a membership. The wash was great and I love that they provided vacuums and supplies to clean your interior all wrapped it with the cost for the wash.

*edit 5:36pm I am changing review from 1 star to 2 as the manager did reach out to me to offer a refund. I will take back what I said that it’s a scam, but it should not have gone this far from needing to leave a bad review to be able to get proper communication from management and for it to be appropriately handled. I do appreciate that they reached out and are trying to make it right. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is a scam. I pay for the monthly membership service after the car wash where they wipe down your car for you. Twice no one came to wipe it down. Another time someone told me to wait and they would help, but at that time I had been waiting over 15 minutes and my car was dry so what’s the point? I went Tuesday and cancelled the membership. I was told the manager would process it right then and I would receive a confirmation email and text. I didn’t receive anything. I called Wednesday and left a message to confirm they canceled my membership. Thursday morning I get a message from my credit card company that they charged me for another membership. Only go to carnation car wash in southlake on Davis blvd if you want sub par service and shady staff and managers.

You might say I’m a car wash snob. I like to find one and stick with it and finding one is usually difficult when you have a ¾ ton truck. I wanted to review this place several times, but I didn’t want to do it too soon. I wanted to see if the fantastic experience I had the first time would be the same throughout and it definitely has been! The machine itself is amazing, but it’s the people here that are always welcoming and really do a fantastic job! They also have an outdoor seating area with a tv, fans, coffee, water, cornhole and a large area to let the kids and dogs run around in that just makes this place that more amazing. The operations and experience of this place is really top notch. You don’t have to do full service, but I find myself doing that more than anything. They have an area where you can dry and clean your vehicle yourself if you choose. They have the same towels and tools for the do-it-yourself side that they do the full service side. Really proud of this place!

As a Southlake resident I thought I would let our locals know about Carnation Spa. I had actually forgot about them until I saw the Halloween blowups displayed. Have been going down the street to Tidal Wave and haven’t been too happy with my wash. Elisha the sweetest girl at the cashier booth really took care of me and advised me what would work for me since I had alot of dirt and bugs on my car from traveling. My wash was impeccable. Super pleased and I didn’t have to request to go through it twice. Vacuums were high powered with all the accessories to clean your car including a fragrance spray when you’re finished. Definitely will be back, customer service was 5-star!!
