The wash itself was good. But, the tire service was terrible. Paid for the $28 service. They cleaned my rims with rags, no chemicals, just rags. Pulled away and looked, terrible. 4 guys and and lady just standing around. Figured for the hourly pay they would have a better work ethic for just standing around. Have some pride in their work. Won't be going here again

A bit overpriced! Offer no discounts to Military. Pay for the $25 wash the guys cleaning tbe tires do a half ass job. Don't recommend this place to anyone. My car was still dirty after going through the wash. The tires were hals ass cleaned, and they asked for a tip! Was not satisfied with the services I purchased here today.

This place is always fast, and fantastic service. I’ve been a member with the family plan for years. I have a few Cadillacs, (if you own a Cadillac, please get a Carnation membership so you can keep it clean. Its embarrassing to all Cadillac owners). I ran through earlier this week, (full service) and a young man named “Jacob” dried the car, tire shine, etc. it was a busy day, everyone was occupied, He was by himself, What I noticed was his attention to detail. You’re sitting in the car, so you can’t help but notice. He dried the Drivers mirror and moved on. From the back of the car. He noticed water spots he missed on the mirror. Came back, cleaned it again. He cleaned the wheels, and while doing so, noticed a streak, on the same mirror. Got a clean towel, and polished until it was flawless. Then checked the other one (which was perfect). lol Thank you Carnation, for keeping my vehicles clean, and for your Team as a whole, everyone is always friendly and helpful, but in particular, on this day, it was a dude named Jacob. People like this keep us coming back.

They say the close at 7pm but it is 6pm and all the lights are by the vacuum section are off. How are we supposed to vacuum and dry our car in the dark? There are 2 cars vacuuming and out of the sudden the lights went off even tho they know customers are here.

Went here in 2-11-24 ,and the service was great . I had a rental I needed cleaned before I returned it and because of all the crazy rain and 4 kids the vehicle was full of mud and they did an excellent job . I was able to get the car returned in time and smelled so fresh and clean ! Thank you so much! Also the complimentary donuts and coffee are awesome especially since we were in such a rush to the airport . I didn’t take any before pics but here’s some after pics . The carpet was full of mud and they got it all out .

These people are dishonest. They told me I could get a month of car washes for the price of the car wash I was already paying for at that time. There was no mention of recurring charges they would bill to my bank card each month. I have not used their services this year, but when I asked them to credit an unauthorized January charge to my card for around $20. the employee at the Bedford location said they would not issue a credit because by signing for the car wash payment I had agreed to their “scam”. He actually said, “that is how they get you”

Went in to get a quick car wash on Sunday afternoon, the line was long, but I wasn’t in a hurry. After the wash I pulled in for a vacuum and parking block had a 5 inch nail sticking out! I didn’t see it and when I backed out, it pulled off my front bumper! I filled out the incident report a week ago, still no call from management. I called several times but I was unable to speak with management or leave a message. Still waiting….

He explained everything clearly, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to make my car look great. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. He made the whole experience quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Christian!
