It’s just ok. The area to dry and vacuum is small and very outdated. Vacuums barely work. I probably could do better washing my vehicle myself, but the heat compels me to just drive thru the car wash for a basic clean.

Best car wash in the area. Lots of locations and they give a military/veteran discount. They also give out free air fresheners to hang from your rear view mirror. In addition they provide free Armor All products, microfiber towels, and vacuums for detailing your car. The staff is also surprisingly nice/polite at the 3 locations I visited. I would recommend this car wash to everybody.

I had both my vehicles washed 4/1/2025. I purchased the unlimited monthly membership. The customer service was excellent. Marcus is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained the different packages answered all my questions. First time taking a vehicle through touch-less wash. Marcus and Lewis were very helpful in getting me on the track. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend.

Worst car wash I’ve ever used. These pics were taken right after I went through the car wash, and it looks no different than it did before going in. The first 2 pics show where I wiped away the dirt film, the third shows bird droppings still on the side window, and the forth shows dirt that was still on the rear bumper. A total waste of money.

I enjoy your car was ! I love the fact that some one is there to help if you have questions or if a problem came up that they are there to help. A lot of other car wash have nobody there and I don’t like that at all.Your staff are so friendly and yet very professional . I was going every now and then, but one of the staff told me about the package plan with unlimited car washing. Really good plan and actually costing me less in the run of a month! I highly recommend this car was!

Get the package. It is so worth it, and there are so many locations to stop at. I usually go through the 3 minutes tunnel after a road trip and refuel. April 8, 2025. I stop in this morning before a trip out of town. Good bye to the yellow powder that make great for plant reproduction but does nothing for your car's beauty or my allergy. The name is changed to Take 5 Car Wash but the same great service. Enjoy they video.

I don’t often leave reviews, and I normally don’t go to automatic car washes anymore, but I found myself here because a bird pooped on my window. I’m leaving a feedback today because of the young men that were tending to my vehicle. These young brothers went above and beyond to explain my options for future car washes, named various locations for me to to go for when I’m out of town, and took the time to answer all questions that I had. There are military discounts offered for those of us that are prior service and currently serving. I’m more than pleased with the experience that I had with the gentlemen that were manning their stations, and absolutely WOULD recommend this location to my friends in the event that they need a car wash as well. I’m glad that I stopped here. Thank you for taking the time to read the review and to those gentlemen that saw to my car: thank you very much. I’m happy with my wash.

Great experience all five times that I been there in last two weeks. Miguel is a super super employee. Also please buy the unlimited monthly wash deal it is well worth the money. My truck is a 2007 Chev Silverado and after the five washing my old paint almost shines like it was when it was brand new.

I need negative stars please! This is the 2nd time I’ve gone through the cat wash and it sprays for presoak then just stops!!! I will not use CarWash USA again. Last time they refused a refund. Not even going to bother with it this time.

Do not use. Went through to get a basic car wash but ended up buying the $15 upgraded wash. The employees were very nice and did absolutely nothing wrong. The car wash was was okay but it left my truck covered in soap. I asked the employees if there was any way to run the truck through on a rinse cycle or if there was a hose so I could rinse the soap off and was told that I could be sent through again but that it would likely be more soap. The employee also told me that there was paper towels by the vacuums that I could use to dry the soap off the truck. Employees were working with what they could but the wash is really bad. Do not use.

I didn’t like the fact that they take cash. When I asked the guy why they take cash..he stated they been taking cash and that was a lie. I go there all the time to drive through the touchless side. Second, the part where one would put there credit card appeared to be tampered with. Third the timing was less than 5 minutes and my car looked as though it hadn’t been touched. My car is still dirty. I got the premium and not one drop of tire shine was on my tires. Just horrible. That use to be such a good place for one to wash there car. Not anymore. I’ll pay the guys down the street more to hand wash and dry.

Way overpriced, undercleaned, you have to pay EXTRA for the vacuums, and it scratched the he11 out of the back of my car. Go to the whistle one on skibo. It’s cheaper, cleans better, the vacuums are free, and no scratches!

I love this car wash. I want to especially thank Ali who was extremely patient and kind to me this evening. A bag was accidently placed in the trash this afternoon. He was so willing to help me on looking in the bins . It was found . I thank him so much and want this company to know about this employee who went above and beyond.
