Just washed my car here and it gave very bad experience.
The staff who handled my car is very impolite, work and service quality is the worst ever!!
Although some other staff is friendly.
Don't think will be back to risking my car here.

Beware of the thief....
I got my car washed in this area and they're clean and do vacuum as usual, but I realize that 1 pack of my cigarette is missing. I put my packs of cigarettes behind the front passanger seat pocket. When i want to take my cigarette I realized that one of my cigarette is missing, cause I noticed that 1 pack is separate with others. I usualy bought 10 packs/slope of cigarettes.
Just beware and keep your belonging safety.

Tried their premium robotic car wash service here for only 90K IDR. Very worth it. The staff clean the entire part of the body, and also applied waxing to the tire. Reccomended.

Decent place to wash your car. Sometimes it's clean, sometimes they miss some parts, especially the gaps on your emblem. Queue is pretty slow, had to wait more than 10-15 mins for your turn. Pros is that they have hydraulics to wash your undercarriage.

They have both automatic & hydrolic.
There is a small coffee shop as part of the car wash area where you can enjoy a selection of coffee and tea, or simply enjoy a cup of gelato.

Quite long queue, I had 3 cars before me, because only 1 from 2 robotic washers operated that day (came around 3pm on September 27th holiday). Luckily it took not so long to finish washing those 3 cars, maybe 20 mins long. The robotic unit itself only used to spray water and cleaning foam, else were done manually but at least they used hi pressure jet spray from hose. Not so spacious place, I had to wait any empty slot before got my car dried and vacuumed.
Did payment easily with QRIS, and here you also could order coffee or other drinks while waiting. The staffs were friendly and politely explained the washing package, 65k for regular washing and 90k for premium with waxing. I think it’s quite pricey but seems like this place has its own market target 😁

The service is good, at my first time here there is a staff explained the carwash type (robotic or hyraudlic). I went for robotic.
At 11 AM weekend the queue is quite long since the machine that was on is only 1 despite having 2 machines.
But the washing process is quick. But sadly, I think it lacks more soap. I have black car and soap helps the dirt from scratching your paint actually.
But worth to mention that the result is GREAT AND CLEAN

The 3rd time coming to this. Paid for premium, no explanation of different services. And when to come back to claim, its only the basic services. Even before services was done, left waiting with uncertainties.
What kind of premium service leaves dirt still inside.
Not recommended and definitely not coming back.

A recommended carwash place in Gading Serpong. Worth price, 75k for hydraulic wash + vacuum interior. They have a mini cafe for customers waiting place. The beverage price is also reasonable. Overall they offer a good service quality.
