I went there and as per their time schedule on google. I waited there for 20 minutes but still no one showed up. Date Feb 16th 2020. Please do update your time schedule if you are opening late due to any reasons. I drove 17 minutes from my location to see this place closed at 9 Am.

I will not bring it here again. Some of the machines do not work (will not rinse and lather)…conveyor belt sometimes gets stuck…mot enough people to dry your car…a hot mess in there!

Went through the car wash and ended up with something sticky all over my hood and side of the door. They said there is something on my car and I told them my car didn't come like this. I will.never come here again. Don't bother wasting your money .

Pretty much average at best. Not a place i would go to on a regular basis. I'd noticed one of the cleaning rollers wasn't working. I do like the solution they use for the tire shine.

I usually dont like giving poor reviews but i felt like i needed to write it. I went there because of all the good reviews. I paid $30 plus tips. After i check my car it looked nice and neat on the outside but it was a whole mess inside. I bought the car a few days ago and wanted to get rid of the animal hairs. Last owner had dogs. However, everything was there after i check. Also, the second and third raw still dirty. Am giving the 2 starts because they kind of did a good job w the outside, except for one of the ligts that after i touched the cover still had some yellow powder that was there before doing the washing. I guess i will have to take it to another place. Disappointed

Have been using them for several months. Although I drive an older car, the employees treat the vehicle as though it was a luxury car. There is always attention to detail and friendliness of staff to me and to each other. I like that they use newer equipment than regular car washes and that they give back to the community through donations. This business is a great addition to the bronx area

Friendly staff. Does a great job cleaning the outside. Decent job with the inside. Prices are very reasonable. Black owned so that's s plus for me. Been here at least 5 times and has been consistent. Definitely recommend.

I have been using this car wash for quite some time and generally it’s been a pleasant experience. Unfortunately I’m compelled to leave this review after a couple recent bad experiences. First instance, the belt mechanism that transports the car through the wash malfunctioned and I had to wait over an hour for it to be fixed, without apologies or explanation. I found out what was going on only after checking on the delay myself. Second red flag occurred yesterday during a routine car wash. Somehow a metal piece on the conveyor belt was out of place, puncturing and deflating my left front tire completely. As with the previous situation nobody came over to inform me of the damage, they simply waited for me to look at my vehicle and notice the damage myself. When I asked how this could have happened there was no explanation or concern shown. All they asked was if I had a spare tire. I always find time to write positive reviews and acknowledge great customer service but this has been the worst overall customer service experience I have had in my life! Please learn from this review and consider alternatives or you may encounter a similar situation.

👍2019 Recommended2👍. Newly renovated, nice friendly staff with good prices. You can get a liquid wax for $20, the detailing prices good too. You even earn loyalty points to get a free wash. Not a bad deal at all. And while you wait for the wax or detailing you can get a sandwich, Chinese, pizza or Caribbean food at the corner.
