***Udated 11/17/24*** I was so impressed with the job Gerardo did on my Dad's SUV I brought my mother's in the very next day. I walked in the door and was greeted by Eduardo with a smile and enthusiasm that was quite honestly refreshing. He made me feel so welcome and was very helpful. Gerardo knocked out out of the park!!! I don't think the car looked that good when it was picked up at the dealership when she bought it. THANK YOU Gerardo!!! Jason, you've assembled a great team at The Bays and I wish you all nothing but success! Hopefully the next time I see you is with my new rig next year. ***11/11/24*** After watching YouTube videos for about a year, I was finally in town and able to schedule a detail for my Dad's SUV. Walk in the door and immediately get greeted with a hello and smile from Haley. That really set the tone for what was an incredible experience. Danny popped in the showroom and offered a tour of the facility when I was done with Haley. Gerardo did an incredible job on the exterior and interior details, thank you! When I thought it couldn't get better, I was able to meet the mastermind behind The Bays, Jason, and PPF guru E-Man!!! Thank you both for taking time from your day to visit with me, that meant a lot. If you're in the Chicagoland area, live or just visiting, I can't suggest a stop at The Bays enough! They have EVERYTHING you need to treat your vehicle to some TLC!

Car Supplies Warehouse is my go to for detailing products when I need them. They have the best brands in the business and fantastic customer service. I can pick up items locally and use their detailing bays in the same visit. It is really a fantastic business and I am glad they are in my area.

OG spec equipment (iykyk). Everything you need for a pristine maintenance wash or a full detail. Pressure washers, foam cannons, undercarriage attachments, air compressors, ionized water, buckets, and vacuums. Very reasonable prices. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help with any job big or small. Bring your own products or they have a huge array of only top notch products available for purchase. I see no reason to ever wash my car any other way.

Awesome experience yesterday! It's difficult branching out to try new products and hoping they work. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, knew exactly what I was looking for after a brief description, and shared other products that had similar uses. I detailed for 10+ years; now just working on my own stuff but its great to have this place available!

I brought my Honda into Jason to get window tint and PPF on the gloss black pillars. The car turned out perfect. He was even able to polish out some deeper scratches the dealership put into the glass. The tint is perfect without a single bubble or spec of debris and the PPF on the pillars is invisible. Outstanding work as always.

I got a window tint for my GR86. The car was washed and the tint applied to all of the windows. The process took about three hours and I worked on my laptop while I waited. Justin and the guys that worked on my car were great. I was also able to see an example of their PPF work, as I am considering getting PPF since I autocross my car and it's not uncommon to hit cones when finding the limits of traction. The retail shop is nice as well, with a good selection of higher-end car detailing products. I appreciate that Jason has generated so much useful car detailing content on YouTube over the years. I've learned a lot from him and other detailers on multiple platforms.

Well i came on a day they were closed owner and workers were great and even let me shop on a closed day they were only doing pick ups for today I cant stress even the guys in the warehouse knew the stuff well too highly recommended very happy cause I got what I needed to clean my mom's car cant wait to meet the retail workers soon too will be coming back alot
