Arrived at shop 5 minutes before 5pm, observe Mgr. Not doing anything. All i needed was my tire plugged. Manager short Bald headed guy Mike stated he didn't have time. refused to shake my hand as iintroduced myself. Very poor customer service. I thought the object of business was to make money. Drove 8 miles to Gateway in Flowood. Was very happy to take money. Highly don't suggest this rude guy.

I took it in for the oil change service. They say on their website they check tire pressure and vacuum the interior. I had a low tire light on and change oil light on. They changed the oil but didn’t do the tires or vacuum. So I still have to go air through tire up and figure out how to reset the light. For almost $80 I would hope for better service.

It is a pleasure doing business with Brad the guy who runs the place and something is wrong here explains why needs to be done and the steps that can be taken to do it no way I would bring my vehicle anywhere else. My husband did not write this review, although he thinks highly of Brad. And he's always been good to us. Only place me and my husband bring our vehicles.

I never take my car anywhere else. These guys are quick, knowledgable, and very friendly! They answer just about any question you can come up with and they do amazing work. I drive out of my way to go to them, I trust these guys completely. The workers are excellent and the owner is even better!

This place was a God send to us on our trip through Mississippi. The customer service was top notch. The shop was very busy and they were able to fit us in to help keep us on the road. I would highly recommend this location. When you stop in say hello to Charles because he is good people.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THESES GUYS! Do yourself a favor and protect your investment by not having these guys service your vehicles.I am typically happy with my dealings with car care clinic, and this is where use to get all my vehicles serviced. However today I brought my truck in to get the oil changed and to have them look at my front driver side tire (that I bought from them less than 6 months ago and is still under warranty) that has been loosing air pressure over the last few days. They proceed to do my oil change and not once bothered to look at my tire. The manager Mike came time and said that my truck was ready. I told him that I asked you guys to look at the tire, because I was loosing air pressure and I had a 1500 mile trip to take the next day. He said that they were too busy to look at it and I should just monitor the air pressure on my trip. I was upset about my concerns being dismissed. I then took my truck to another shop and they found a screw in the tire as well as a faulty valve stem. I feel that Car Care clinic has too much business to take care of their loyal customers and it's time I find another service provider who actually cares about addressing their customers concerns. Do yourself a favor and protect your investment by not having these guys service your vehicles.

My truck broke down on Friday and we got it towed in on Saturday before they closed. They said they would look at it by Monday which is fine. Called Monday to ask about it, and they said the main inspector wasn’t there so it would be first thing on Tuesday which was fine by me. Tuesday comes, and received no call from them or any update. Decided to call them on Wednesday and they said they were looking at it and would call me back that day (they never did) We call them this morning and they were VERY rude. Ended up putting some injector cleaner in it to get it running so I could get it back to my house. I don’t recall ever getting such terrible service from anywhere. Spare yourself a few days and just take your car somewhere else.

On Saturday April 23rd, I brought my overheated car in just as the bays were closing. The register had already been closed for the day and only the manager was still present. He stayed late on his own time to help me get the car in drivable condition,and as a single female traveling alone that was a huge relief. Excellent customer service! 😉 (I just realized my review had not posted, so I’m re-submitting it today.)

They absolutely suck! Of all the car care clinics I've used in the surrounding area this one is,BY FAR, the worst!!!! Not only are they slow, but they are very unprofessional. They argue amongst themselves in front of customers and seem to really not know what they're doing at all. They are borderline rude also. Nay shall I EVER return.

I normally go here to get my oil changed every 3 months. This time was horrible. I pulled away and 2 minutes down the road I heard a loud noise under my vehicle. I called to let them know what was happening and was told to “bring it back in” When I asked for the manager I was told he was outta town. They fixed what they neglected to reattach but no apologies, no refund, no credit. They really need to learn customer service.. Especially when it’s their fault. They couldve torn my car up. Don’t know if I’ll return. The guy with the glasses was nice though. He was the only one who cared really.

These guys always take good of me. I had a mystery battery situation going on with my vehicle not the usual trouble. The lead tech figured it out. Everyone friendly and funny. I was in and out fast. I've been customer decades. They work on all my vehicles

Went to get an oil change and after I sat in line for an hour they told me that they couldn’t change my oil cause I had a plastic oil pan. So I what to valvoline right down the road and they changed my oil in 15 min. Usually would recommend them but after today i definitely can’t.

First time Last time. I will not go back. I took my car in for an oil change before a trip. The 27 point inspection is a joke. I had to ask them to vacuum my car. I asked if they checked my tire pressure....of course they did NOT. I had to do that. Out of the 27 point inspection I received; an oil change and oil filter (which didn't look new but when I tried to ask I was interrupted by other employees), a top off of my antifreeze and a vacuum. Is my math wrong? Does that add up to a full 27 point inspection? I don't think so. I'm not sure who owns this place or manages it but they may want to consider retraining their staff. What they advertise is exactly what you should get. I'm not sure one single person knew what they were suppose to be doing. Two technicians to each bay with specific jobs that get everything done for your customers. Everything should just flow. Customers should not have to pay for chaos. And thanks to the girl in the office with the colorful hair (I did like her hair) I found out there were other unhappy customers as well. She came out into the bay and announced it. If you want this place to improve you may want to consider the young man with all the tattoos (beautiful artwork) as your new manager. He had it together. I was very impressed with him. As far as the young man sleeping in your office, well let's just say that is not professional and visitors should never be allowed in the work area. You gained and lost a customer today. I do not recommend this place. BTW I'll keep a look out for oil leaks. I'm honestly a little concerned it wasn't done right. Too much talking too little working leads to very little attention being given to the work you're doing.

As a woman traveling alone, the horrifying sound of your vehicle not running well on the highway. That's what I experienced today. Pulled off at nearest exit and stopped here. Wow. They got me in after 10 minutes. And thankfully it wasn't a huge deal, but they fixed it in record time and had me back on the road in no time. THANK YOU for not trying to take advantage of me. Me and my family were on a road trip and our engine was overheating. We stopped on the way there. They checked and fixed the car in just a few hours and we were able to get back on the road. The staff was helpfull and took a great care of us. Thanks
