Rob and his team are honest and good people that genuinely care for their clients. As a young woman and first-time car owner, auto shops can often be very unwelcoming scary places, but at Canetta’s I feel at ease knowing I’m in the hands of trustworthy professionals. I took my car to Canetta’s originally to try to diagnose a very sneaky transmission issue. Nothing was able to be found at first since there was no codes or visible problems at the time, but Rob was the first to not make me feel crazy and believe that I felt something was wrong. He was very kind to do an inspection at no charge upon there being no findings. I was so happy with their service I went back on a few other occasions for regular maintenance like new tires, wheel bearing/brake repairs, oil changes ect. Every time Jaiden has maintenanced my car he’s went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was thoroughly cared for beyond my expectations and explained to me everything that was done, always at fair and reasonable price. It wasn’t until several months later the transmission issue finally emerged and although I knew Canetta’s does not specialize in transmission repairs I could trust no other to leave my car with. After running a diagnostic Jaiden was able to help lead me into the right direction but I faced difficulty in trying to find a transmission shop to take on this problem. Funny enough, I had called Jaiden back in tears, explaining to him that other mechanics had turned me away and spoke to me condescendingly. Jaiden and Rob went out of their way to find a partner of theirs willing to help me. Given whatever the fate of my car might be, I can honestly say Canetta’s service is outstanding in both professional integrity and customer support. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.

I was recently in my first car accident & a friend referred me to Canetta’s. I had no idea to how the process works with accidents. Rob took complete charge and helped me through the entire process! From reviewing the police report, helping me contact the insurance & getting me a loaner. He checked in with me multiple times to give me updates on the progress of my vehicle. The work to my vehicle was completed before the estimated date! The workmanship on the vehicle was everything I could ask for. It looks brand new again! Honestly, this was absolutely the best service I have ever experienced!

Great experience with Canetta's. I was referred by my coworker there and needed to get a few things done, including an unidentified knocking sound repair. I dropped the car off Monday evening [they have a drop-box for those who may need to come after they close; like myself!] for my Tuesday appointment. I had a call by 9am Tuesday with the issue and a full estimate, which was lower than I was anticipating spending. They had my car ready to go before 2pm that same day. Exceptional service! Rob is a great guy. After discovering this shop online, I was blown away by their service following my wife's accident, which damaged the rear end of our car. Rob was extremely helpful, provided a courtesy vehicle, and did an outstanding job repairing our car. When issues with the new sensor arose a month later, Rob went above and beyond to address the problem. Additionally, he detailed our car to perfection. I highly recommend their services.

We hit a deer with my Wife’s van. When I Googled “Local body shops”, Canetta’s came up with all these 5-Star reviews. I was glad I called and talked to Rob. Insurance can be a nightmare to deal with but Rob handled it all so we didn’t have to. He fought (and won) for OEM parts when insurance only wanted to put aftermarket in. If you need a reputable shop who doesn’t cheap out like the insurance companies want and backs all their work for the entire time you own the vehicle, choose Canetta’s.

I never really leave reviews but this one deserves it. I hit a deer and caused a tremendous amount of damage to my car. Insurance was being a pain and didn't want to cover OEM parts but canettas argued my case and got me the parts I needed. Their repair work was top notch and my car was basically brand new when I got it back! Love these people!!!!

I had some very minor damage after hitting the remnants of a re-tread tire on a busy highway. The damage consisted of a torn "mud flap" on a rear tire. I took the car to my usual shop for repair, but they didn't want the job (too small?). So I took it to Canetta's. I had not used them before, but they had good reviews. They looked at it and told me to bring it in the following morning, which I did. They had it fixed in under two hours. They did a great job... I couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. I went to pay, and they told me "no charge"!!! Wow! I will most certainly give them my business next time I need auto service. Couldn't have had a better experience with this shop.
