I highly, highly recommend Caliber Collision!! I stopped by to talk with them about a minor repair to my truck, and they were able to fix it right then. They did an amazing job! They were polite, courteous and professional. As a bonus, the front desk staff was also very friendly. My car got stolen and taken for a joy ride, the people that took it also tried to remove the front bumper, The car had scratches throughout, and the inside had a heavy cigarette and marijuana smell. We saw the reviews on here, and I always had a great experience with the marketers, and their work when I use to work in the insurance industry in San Jose, so I decided to try them out. Armando and team were fantastic! They constantly communicated with us to give us updates, I got my car back pretty quickly, they offered to bring my car to me if I couldn’t come by and get it. Every time I talked to Armando he was very up beat and personable, always very reassuring and helpful. I got my car back Friday and looked like new, it was in great shape, the inside smells Great. They do a phenomenal job and treat you with respect, and I highly recommend them. If I ever were to need a service like this again they would definitely be my number one choice. Thank you guys!

Wonderful customer service at Caliber Collision. They were recommended by our insurance company and I'm so glad we brought our vehicle there. Excellent service all around. Constant updates and they even delivered our vehicle to us when the job was complete! It was done on time, the car was cleaned and detailed and they even replaced the windshield washer fluid which leaked out with the accident.

The absolute worst from being to end! My car was broken into, upon bringing my car into them I was told it should be a week turn around. That week turn around turned into two months of pick up push backs, multiple un returned calls, lack of file updates. Manuel was assigned to my case and he was terrible at communicating. My case was given to someone else without me being notified. I was told upon reinstating the broken glass they had to do it a second time. Upon picking up my vehicle I wasn’t walked through it at all. I discovered a scratch and my truck won’t open anymore. I went it for a busted window and steering wheel. Drew the general manager was nice but had failed to help me resolve the problem. I will never go back to this establishment and never refer anyone. They left me extremely pissed off and I was patient for two months making effort to reach out and get answers. They seem like a mess internally, everyone there was nice but the quality of work put in is lacking structure and time management. The worst experience! I am now taking the new problem into my own hands due to a lack of performance and professionalism.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision . The professional and friendly . They keep you updated regularly with the process of your vehicle. They were very thorough and the detail of my repairs and when it was all finished, they did a walk-through with me. Let me know my warranty and that if I had any issues, they would answer those questions and address them and I can bring my vehicle back. They took very good care of my mother , she wears hearing aids and they made sure that she understood completely and that she was satisfied with the repairs and how her van looked before she drove off. I was very impressed !

I would like to give a huge shout out to Mike Hernandez. He was nothing but professional, honest and has integrity. When another auto body shop which will not be named would’ve had the opportunity and taken complete advantage of me. Mike did not, he referred me to another shop that could fix my car where it saved me over $800 and I truly appreciate him for that. Moving forward, I will always recommend Mike Hernandez at caliber collision. Which I’ve already had the opportunity to do on next-door neighbor app. Someone was asking for a recommendation of a trustworthy reasonable auto repair shop, I gave them your name and phone + address. I went to Caliber Collision back in August for an estimate and gave them all the details they needed, including the other party's insurance information. Despite that, I was constantly being asked to repeat the same information every time I called. I even emailed the service advisor with the insurance details, and somehow, they still didn't update their system. Weeks went by with no updates -- no follow-ups, no calls, nothing. I had an appointment to drop off my car in September, but when the day came, they still weren't ready and had to ask for information I had already provided weeks prior. It honestly felt like my car and my time were not a priority to them. It's disappointing because I've worked with Caliber before, and this experience was the complete opposite of what I expected. Communication and attention to detail are everything when your car is being repaired, and unfortunately, that was completely missing this time.

As a costumer of caliber for more than fives years, and multiple cars, I am disappointed to say that this place is not what it used to be. If you bring your car here expect to be bringing it back for additional repairs. On multiple occasions I’ve had to bring my car back due to unfinished or faulty work. I’ve spoken to the manger Drew, and it has been nothing but circles between me, the insurance, and caliber. I’ve never had these types of issues with any other body shop other than this one. As you guys can see in the photos this is how my car was returned to me after a front end collision with missing and damaged parts. It was very hard and much of a hassle to get them to take care of it. I would not recommend anyone coming to this shop for any type of work.
