The new machine wash, which opened in May, provides outstanding service with a team that is exceptionally kind and attentive, deserving of a five-star rating. The facility is brand new and well-organized. My only suggestions are to add a pre-wash station for spraying and brushing off dirt and debris before entering the tunnel, especially for washing out bugs during this season; to include a spot for cleaning all-weather floor mats or offer pressure washing for members; and to provide a smaller vacuum nozzle for hard-to-reach areas in vehicles.

They said they wont replace the parts broken on my car from their machinery due to the year of my car. So they don't want to replace my $89 shark fin cover and my window trim. I used Mister Carwash for years, no issues. I only tried Caliber because they are closer. This is my business vehicle. Unacceptable. MAY 2025 My first car wash this month the shark cover on my roof came off. I went back the very next day to retrieve. They did not have it. I had just signed up for the monthly car wash and went thru a second wash where I watched the weather stripping on my front windshield ripping off. Drove around, put in a claim. I received an email today from them stating that due to the age of my vehicle they "cannot," replace the damaged parts due to their car wash machinery. I find that unacceptable and very poor customer service. My vehicle went through their wash and came out missing parts. It is also a vehicle I use for business and must look presentable. For the liability these small items would have cost a corporation of your size this was a very standard "industry," response. As you can see, in windshield photo, I used to go to Mister Carwash. My vehicle and its age has managed to survive years of car washes. Pictures attached. I thought I would try Caliber since it was closer to me now. Two washes, two damages.

Wonderful, friendly customer service! Giselle is the besttttt! The car wash service was very quick and clean 🫧 it smells soooo good! Shout out to the free carpet floor mat cleaner, free towels, free air pressure tool, and spray cleaner⚜️🫧👌🏽

It's new and clean. Constantly stocking and removing the cloths. Everything is in working condition. Window and Multipurpose Cleaner is available plus cloth. Vacuum has strong sunction to pick up debris inside the car. Good deal for the first month since recently opened. Take advantage of it. Employees are very nice and have a smile despite being so hot outside.

The car wash was OK. My only complaint was the person who’s guiding you to drive forward was not paying attention. So I came to a complete stop until he acknowledged me. Then he gave me some attitude because I wasn’t moving forward. you need to guide us while entering the car wash otherwise your car or tires can get damaged. This is for Management please inform those employees They need to pay attention and stop looking at their phones

Caliber is great place to get a quick car wash. After you get your car washed they provide free vacuums, cleaners and rags to clean the inside of your vehicle. The workers are always friendly and helpful like Manny, who provide me with different options and mentioned their current membership promotion. Will visit again soon.

Best car wash in town. I’ve been using lake nona car wash and this by far is the best. More towels and cleaning products. I’ve never had someone come up to me and ask me if we needed anything during our wash. Manny came over and asked if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

If you have a truck and you have any kind of extra Adons like hood, fenders or flares, or anything else, do not use this car, wash whatever way they have their blower. Set, it will break your add ons they will not pay anything matter of fact when they broke my hood Fender. I told the manager she said you could fill out a claim, but we will deny it. I asked her, "What's the point I went ahead and did one anyway, but it gets worse." A couple of days later, I rolled down my right side front passenger window when rolling it up, it cracked my window because that car wash had pushed in the window fenders, I had over my windows just stay away from this place. It's not worth it. A $20 car wash cost me hundreds of dollars. Stay away. They will not pay for anything.... Also, the first person who took my information for my claim deleted it I only found this out because the second person who came over to me half an hour later.Told me that the other person deleted it by mistake?

Absolutely Outstanding Experience! One thing I can’t stand is when businesses aren’t upfront, but here everything was explained clearly from the start. They walked me through what to expect, gave me an amazing introductory price for my first month, and even explained how to switch memberships so I wouldn’t get charged automatically in the future. Everything was printed right on the receipt—clear, honest, and straightforward. On top of that, I was shocked at how many complimentary tools, towels, and cleaning solutions they provide. Honestly, for the price they charge, it feels like they’re giving away way too much, but I’m not complaining—I’m just super grateful! Special shoutout to Gisele !!! she was absolutely wonderful, so communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. On October 25th they had to stop the machines and were running maintenance on them. I was the first customer once the machines were running again. The car wash machine actually popped my passenger side mirror cap cover off. The employee I spoke to seemed uninterested and walked over to the kiosk without directly speaking to the manager. Another customer told me where to find my now damaged cap cover. The manager was very help full, but in doing here job she warned that the company most likely will not pay. She is correct, in that after taking all my information and writing a report, they have not tried to reach out to me. I will not be returning to this car wash and I do not recommend it. My car was not damaged when I brought it in. I have taken pictures on site of my perfectly fine driver side and now damaged passenger side. This is a $40 repair that I am fixing myself. The fact that they had to stop for maintenance in the middle of operations should have been a warning to me. Save your car and the disappointment of a company that does not care about how you value your vehicle.
