This car wash was not up to speed when it opened a year ago, and it has gone downhill from there. Where do I start? The pictures below are from my wash there today. When this car wash was built, it did not include a bug cleaning station like the one in Inverness. Plus the membership, which was supposed to be available based on your license tag, did not transfer from Inverness to Lecanto. Something about the computer. A year is a long time to transfer some data. Every time I go in, I have to wait for someone to come over, look me up on an iPad, and then let me in. I pay for the top car wash, but I’m never sure if I’m really getting it. Plus, they have taken down my tag number twice so my data can be transferred but that still hasn’t happened, weeks later.

Today I took a look at those love bugs on the front of the car, just like they were when I drove in, and decided to go have a chat with the staff. Turns out that there was a proposal to have the staff scrub the bugs off when they were in line, but the water ran out a few days ago and “no one has filled it back up.” It also turns out that the top brush, the big spinning horizontal one that cleans the grille, the hood, the windshield - basically the biggest part of the car - has been broken for months. The guy who does the repairs quit last week, so the chance of this getting fixed any time soon is close to zero. So I’m basically getting half a wash and scrubbing the bugs off using the rags and multipurpose cleaner at the detail station. I’m wondering why I even keep paying for this half a wash when I have to do all of this hand cleaning. It would be easier to just do it at home and save the driving around. And the money! The management at this car wash is deeply flawed. Wash your car somewhere else. Anywhere else.

My aging mother was enrolled in a monthly membership even tho she was not asked.
She was charged 22.50 for one car wash! Beware!

Paid for the top tier $25.00 wash and while they missed the entire tailgate of the truck and tire treatment was spotty the parts that they got were acceptable. Not good for a wash that expensive.
UPDATE:
I went back because I was told that the wash wasn’t performed properly because I had a hitch on the back of my truck. So I went back and tried them again and the wash came out perfect! The shine looks like it was waxed for hours. One extra star for you guys!

Not very good cleaning, i paid to get a car wash and there was still so much dirt left on my car, and i paid for tire shine and there was no shine to the tires. this place is horrible.

I don'tleave reviews unless it's outstanding or pathetic. Today around 9am I went to the wash after seeing their special on the sign. When I pulled in, the gate was open so I drove thru. Down near the entrance was a guy dripping in sweat darting around like a madman. I rolled down the window to ask about the special and he started apologizing. Evidently he was the only one that showed up for work and was running the place by himself. We joked about how hard it is to find good help and be thanked me for being patient.

I really liked the way that this Caliber car wash had more spinners and air dry time. However, I would love for it to have a sink to clean/scrub my rubber car mats. Overall, it was good.

This is my first time and I absolutely love it. The pressure in the vaccums are supurb, and they have air at all the stations. The guys at the wash were excellent and very attentive. He offered me what specials they had, but at the same time respected my decision with no pressure and a smile on his face. That means a lot and it speaks volumes. I will be coming back for sure.

$ went through caliber Car Wash neglected to push my mirrors back when I got out the passenger side mirror was pushed back and a great big piece from underneath was missing. Went back the next day and asked them if they found a piece anywhere couldn't be bothered to look very hardx decided to push my mirrors back myself and try it one more time well they ripped off another great big piece that was on my mirror so kind of not a place I want to go back to. Just to make sure I had gone through tidal wave went over there and ask the gentleman about it and the days that I had gone through he checked all the films that were done on the cars going through and found mine nothing came off my car when it went through so could have only been one place that did it. I received a reply to this review 6 days ago a district manager was supposed to be in touch with me to try to straighten out this mess with my mirror so far I haven't heard from anybody so I guess they're not responsible so you better watch your mirrors going through totally destroyed mine

I would never recommend this place. They cancel you for no reason or notification why. This is not the first time this has happened. Terrible record keeping. Watch your credit cards!!!!

They responded to my review, so I emailed them. Never heard back from them.

Not happy. I looked over my truck yesterday and the hood was really grimy so I took my truck yesterday to Caliber Car Wash in Lecanto on Norvell Bryant. They used to scrub the wheels before you entered the wash but that didn't happen; however, that's not the reason for the 1 star. I went through the wash, drove around the corner to my home and when I got out of the truck, I wanted to see if it actually cleaned my truck (the one in Inverness doesn't get your car clean) and that's when I found damage to my hood, which wasn't there prior to going to the carwash. Several places where the paint had been damaged, it's as if there was debris or something rubbing against my paint as their car wash mechanics beat down on the hood. My truck was dirty going in, not damaged! I tried calling but didn't get an answer but I am sure they are just going to say, our machines are angels and never do any damage.

UPDATE: They responded to review asking me to reach out to them. I did and there was no response. If you are going to make it look like you are going to rectify a situation, then you should respond.

Caliber car wash in Beverly Hills FL needs to focus on repairing their system, instead of focusing on their revenue. I pay to have my tires shined and it only shines a quarter of the tire. When I pull up to enter, somebody has to come out and let me in. Employees Are great. Friendly environment very clean. It doesn’t matter about leaving reviews cause corporate don’t care. The arm fell of of one of the machines. Imagine if a car was in there, you’d be paying more then repairing your site. It’s not that old either. I also got a new tag and I literally put the tag # in the system and every time I go there the clerk asked me if I got a new tag. It’s starting to annoy me.

Rude staff. Went when it was lightly sprinkling, happy to pay for the car wash because I needed to vacuum the car more than anything, only to find the vacuums not working. I had to walk around to the side where four kids were hanging out only to be told the rain would damage the vacuums so they don’t turn them on when it’s wet. The business should put up a sign to advise customers of this, I guess I’m one of the few that didn’t realize it’s not a wet/dry vacuum. Rudeness was unnecessary and a refund would have easily kept me going to this location, but it’s worth the drive to go less than a mile to the new one next to Panda Express. Nicer people, more amenities, and no punks being rude the customers.

So according to Google, two hours after I leave a review the “owner” replies and acts concerned, asking me to email them…I did that on March 16th of this year at 10:52pm. I still have the original email (same address they provided here) that they never replied to, now that they get a bad review they pretend to want my email. Should have replied to it months ago, if you really cared you’d have read it and given me a simple refund.

Okay, originally I was going to give this place a 4 star review because while it generally did a good job, but the wheels came out a bit dirty, but the crew was extremely nice and let me take my car through the wash again with the deluxe wash. This time it came out nice and clean and their detailing tools are very good here. So they get a 5 star review for customer service.
