went in there today, employee was very short and made conversation in a very rude manner. I asked very simple questions about the store and he seemed too busy with eating his chips to bother with me so when i ask again he replies in a very straight face rude manner. Other than that good place 🙏🏼

Prices have gone up. The cleaning that they provide was not good. I still had insect stuff all over my front windshield...Will not be going back.

Slowest car wash ever! Over an hour to wash a truck and there was hardly anyone at the place, only four of us. 🙄 It is expensive in the first place, but for a car wash, it shouldn’t be more than 30 mins, tops!

I have a Range Rover. I took it about a k no both ago and the guy who wiped it down did an excellent job. And I tipped him. Last weekend I took it back paid the $26 car wash. The guy took about 15 minutes top I tipped him and noticed behind the back tire quarter panel wasn’t wiped. It was just after the rain. I could still see dirt. So the guy came back and said I couldn’t wiped your car because they didn’t wash it good and my towels will get dirty. He proceeded to say. Let me go get a b CLoth. He came back and wiped it down I then noticed dried spay marks by the window. He said it was water spots, it was not. When I was leaving I opened my door and below the door panel there were more spray marks that we’re not wiped down. My floor Matt was still dirty. By this time I was at my next destination and decided I was going to call and complain. The gal said h The manager was busy. Took my number. I said will he call back in the next 48 hours. She don’t know. It’s been a week and he has not returned Call. Don’t waste your time or money. Bad owner/ management

My first time using the car wash was great. The second time, well I'm not so sure. I think guy who rinses off the cars when you pull in, scratched the backside of my car with the backside of his brush. I heard him hit my car three times with the back side of the brush as he scrubbed the car before going through the main part of the wash cycle. It's when I got home I noticed some scrapes and scratches on the hatch door and bumper. The next day the wind kicked up a dust storm all over town and more marks became more apparent . I will have to wash the car again to see if they're not deep or hopefully, fixable without spending out of pocket. Very surprised as they're very careful and try to make the best business possible.

Is $4.16 / gallon gas paid with cash too good to be true? YES. I drove on this tank and my fuel gauge went down so fast it was ridiculous! Two stars for incredibly clean facilities. They must use a lot of ethanol in their gas. Back to Chevron and Arco for me.

Cheapest gas in the AV only 2 blocks from my home. Update as of 4/19/2024: They've raised the gas prices here to $5.20. Not the cheapest anymore.

Had a terrible experience and ive been a customer here for years. Took 45 mins before my car ever moved through the vacuum area to tunnel. I didn't see any care being dried and no cars before mines. 2 or 3 employees were barely visible. After my car wss dried i realized my key fob was missing from my key. So i had a broken key in the ignition. Lets say the situation is not resolved, the person theat dried my car said it was like that but the man in the vacuum area clearly said it wasn't. I mean that would be something obvious a broken key fob. So now i have to try and reach the owners or managers who is not there and hasn't returned my calls yet. I don't recommend this place bad customer service rude workers and if u have a problem or situation it will not be resolved without much headache. Nevermind the long wait for a basic service no explanation and no car being serviced. That's a good indication when you don't see cars there at all on a bright sunny day.. lack of business there for a reason.

Slow service. It hasn’t been improved since my last visit. They also increased the car wash price by $10. Only reason I went back because very close to my home. I don’t intend to go back there anymore.

I didn't even know this place existed because I'm not in this area a lot but the gas prices were phenomenal, they have a car wash, and a place inside to get snacks (I didn't go in but I saw people go in and out). They also have a place to get your oil changed. I literally went to get my oil changed but it was a bit too pricey for my car. The people there are very friendly and intelligent though, will be coming back as soon as I can!

If I can give it Zero stars I would, but the minimal is one star. I took my car to get washed, I was next in line. ONE hour later my car was still waiting for someone to dry it and clean it the windows plus wheels, I paid the 49.99 package. At the 1 hour 25 minutes, and still Noone in sight, I decided I needed to go ask. When I asked the one and only person in the area, they said that my car would be next, but they still need time to finish something else. I ended driving away. The carwas not finished. The water had dried up and stained my windows. Their lack of urgency, is pathetic. I do not recommend this car wash. 👎

I come here all the time for the low gas but this time I came to just get my car detailed before I give birth. Customer service in the store is mediocre at best and he did not know what came with the detailing package (their highest package). I waited for about an hour for them to detail the car but when I got home and took a look at my car it was no better than when I pay for $18 car wash. I was very disappointed because I gave a great tip and wait for a good while to come home to have to clean and vacuum the inside again.The outside was okay but still had those little brown spots which I cleaned off, the black plastic inside and out was not treated so it looks ashy. Most of all, they did not vacuum or clean the trunk even though it was empty. Very disappointed. I would have went back but I am 9 months pregnant and just want to sleep.
