Really bad customer service. I was willing to pay for the bumper to bumper detail that was $130. When the man saw my car had dog hair in it he said that that would take a lot of time. Then i asked if they could fix my head liner while they were doing this and he said no problem. So we agreed that the extra work would cost $200. They called to say my car was ready. When I drove away my driver seat was not hooked to my car at all! The seat was just sitting in the floor board. And part of the electronics on the seat were not working. He said the man that could fix it was not there and I would have to pick it up another day. I told him to call me immediately in the morning to tell me how long it would take. They never called me. It was ready a couple of days later. My husband picked it up at night and checked it and it seemed okay. the next morning i was driving my car and saw it my rear view mirror that my liner looked stained. I stopped the car and went back there and there was hard adhesive all over my liner, on the glass, and a spray mark down another panel of my car. They have not offered to reimburse me since I have had to take it up there two extra times. The owner, Kent, just laughed and said they would get it right. He told my husband I could come there whenever I want and get a free car wash...... not a free car detail, just a car wash...... I thought this was a pathetic attempt at customer service.
