Bought a VW GTI from them. Tires were all worn on the insides, every wheel was bent and out of balance, rotors were junk. Owner REFUSED.. I MEAN REFUSED... to let me on the highway with the vehicle because I was a younger person. So.. after spending 14k UP FRONT on the vehicle, his mood changed. Still had to spend another 3k after I got the car to get wheels/tires. I would never buy a car from this place again and if you are looking to, DONT. They dodge your emails, calls, etc. 100% a sketchy dealer.

This car dealership is horrible don't use them, I bought a car from them a couple months ago, and as soon as I drove it off the lot, was having issues. They say they do an inspection when they get the car, then again right before the car leaves the lot. THIS IS A LIE, THEY went and got the car inspected for me, and it took them over an hour, maybe 2 hours to come back with the car. There was a transmission leak, car was idling at stop signs, the struts were making noises at bumps, low tire pressure light kept coming on. eventually they stopped taking my calls and emails, to make an appointment to fix it, so i just drove the car right back down there. they then directed me to an offsite to get the transmission leak fixed. the the offsite mechanic stated he was only authorized to look at the leak and refused to look at whatever else was wrong with the car, the "rest wasn't under warranty" and they refused to even LOOK at the issue. i had to have my mechanic fix it for another $600

Quick Summary: These guys sold me a vehicle with a bad catalytic converter and brakes installed incorrectly. Now they are dodging me, so here we go! Full Story: Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the vehicle these guys sold me. They got me in and out quickly and were fairly easy to work with. But here's the problem... My mechanic failed inspection post-sale due to catalytic converter codes coming back for bad emissions. When I contacted Manny and Cesar at C&E about this, I asked for them to take care of it because it was covered under their warranty they added to the vehicle. They told me to "have the codes cleared" and run Cataclean through the engine if that doesn't work because they already replaced an OEM sensor to the Cat and ran Cataclean through it before selling it to me. Special thanks to my lifetime mechanic, who was able to help me get the catalytic converter replaced, no questions asked. However, it was then brought to my attention upon inspection that the brakes were installed BACKWARDS, causing the rotors to warp and prematurely rust out. Furthermore, the locking pins were never reinstalled into the calipers, so they could've come loose and flown off at any point. These guys overlooked a major safety issue and took zero responsibility for over $2500 total of repairs. I contacted them about the brakes, and all they told me is they would "look into it". I have since tried to get a hold of them with no response. Just for fun, here's a few minor issues that I ran into just ONE WEEK after purchase: right directional light went out, cabin air filter completely clogged, nail in my back left tire, missing harness in battery terminal, and 3 unresolved recalls that I needed to have addressed before inspection. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! these guys sell cars with obvious signs of accidents after major crashes like a fresh one without even blushing. And they become aggressive when you name all the issues of the car. Save your time on them, that's my advice

Manny was great and handled the process of buying a car during COVID very professionally. Also, he stuck by his word with the 30 day warranty. I would highly recommend checking out their selection of used vehicles.

Vehicle is picked out! Bank approve the loan! Dealership sells the vehicle to somebody else. Absolutely no communication with us whatsoever. They find this out through a following tag we put on the vehicle. I would advise nobody to buy a vehicle from this company. They are not forthcoming and truthful about anything.

Best service ever. I bought a vehicle from them and was having some issues getting my money together and Manny and the other guys went above and beyond to work with me. Very polite and respectful. I have told all my friends if they need a vehicle to go see them. C &E auto sales is highly recommended by me and my family. You want someone to be honest and make sure you get your questions answered go see them.

My advice stay away from this place. 2 years ago I bought a Hyundai sonata 2016 for 11k. I asked him if there was anything wrong with the car and he said no. 1 month later the car start fuming out blue smoke as it drives here and there. Came to find out it was a catalytic converter that needed to be replaced. 11k for a bunch of people may seem small but it was a big purchase for me. Long story short I have a car that doesn’t turn on because I still 2grand on it and it’s not drivable. I tried calling them to see if they could look at it because they said they would give me a 2 month warranty on the car but when I called them I just got called racial langauage towards me. There dishonest and a shady company to work with. Stay away from these people.

Received service through AAA. AAA sent a battery truck when I requested a tow. The first driver, Tim, was excellent, polite, professional and took care of ordering the tow truck for me. He wouldn't even accept a tip. The tow truck driver, Matthew G., was excellent as well. Very polite and professional. It was a rediculously hot day and he declined my offer to buy him some Gatorade. This was a great interaction on an otherwise miserable day. Highly recommend!

Manny runs a very respectable car business and is very accommodating. His prices are terrific, and we had a couple questions about the car, Manny knew everything about the history of the car and ensured that we were comfortable about the purchase. We found him to be very honest and reputable. We would recommend C and E Auto to anyone, they are excellent!

Very good experience buying a used work van from this company. I was able to take the van to my mechanic prior to purchasing for a full diagnostic overview. Rear brake light above doors wasn't working and Manny said they'd fix that before I picked up the van. They also did some minor cosmetic work inside I asked about. When I went to pick up the van Manny noticed that the windshield washer wasn't working. He set up time for me to come back and they ended up replacing the windshield washer motor for me. Great customer service and the van is great so far. Will shop here again!

This was the most pleasant dealership experience I've ever had. Manny was kind and upbeat. He didn't rush me or apply pressure. He was knowledgable, accountable and readily available for all my questions. I received such VIP treatment ... and they took care of everything....insurance, registry, provided me service records and even a sticker. When I picked up the car there was nothing left to do except to enjoy it. Manny even offered me a ride if I couldn't find one. He and his associates also enjoyed my little puppy who came along. I highly recommend C&E Auto Sales. The prices are great and the information is accurate. I had the most comfortable, pleasant experience and I bought a great car. Thank you Manny and C&E Auto.

I don't get all the hate. I bought an f150 off Manny. It had an issue after a few weeks of owning it. He honored the warranty with ease and literally brought the truck to a local Ford dealer and had everything fixed. He was also so flexible on the price. I have been buying used pickups most of my life my last experience (before Manny) was horrendous. I hope Manny continues to be in business for a long time and brings pickup trucks in. Id buy from him again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the deal on my 2017 f150 Manny I'd love to do business with you again and I truly mean that

BEWARE of this dealership. Between Manny and Cesar they are misleading and deceptive. This dealership is not to be trusted or purchased from. I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago and it has been a headache since. They sold me a car with a tire pressure light on my dash and Manny was well aware. He mentioned it was just low tire pressure but the tires were fine. Driving over 60 miles home and adding air the issue remained. Manny asked me to get the vehicle diagnosed that it was the sensors and he will replace it.(so if he knew it was the sensors why tell me its just low air in the tires? Also doesnt the car go through maintenance after they purchase and vegore they sold me the vehicle?) Several trips to the dealership to have this issue diagnosed it was 2 bad sensors. Manny "replaced" the sensors but on my way home from picking up the car, the light turns back on. Here we go again! I reached out to Manny and my number was blocked from calling him and the shop!! I call from another number and there is no problem, phone starts ringing. Safe to say these people are not to be trusted or purchased from unless you want to go through litigation or end up stuck with a bad vehicle.
