My husband and I bought a new car from Burlington Subaru. Aiden White was our sales representative and Britanny was the finance/paperwork representative. This is my first time ever getting my own car and I have 0 regrets about getting a Subaru. Brian and Conrad were absolute pleasures throughout the entire experience, patiently explaining each and every aspect of the process to me as well as advocating for me to the best of their abilities. Because I bought my Subaru there I was not charged for state inspection! There was a very comfortable waiting area. I received text updates as how the service was progressing. It was our first time purchasing a vehicle in Vermont being a NY resident and the people at Burlington Subaru helped with making it as bump free as possible. They were able to answer all of my questions and even if they weren’t sure, they would find out the answer for me. Russel was kind and was there to help us purchase my new Subaru as soon as I stepped out of my old one! The finance lady, sorry I can’t remember her name, was the sweetest and helped with the purchase with her kind words and communication. Cinder showed me all of the bells and whistles of my beautiful new Subaru forester. She was thorough, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to talk to. Overall great experience at this dealership. Although it was a very long day, they made it worth it!

Best car salesman I’ve experienced. Eric was not desperate to make a sale, he listened to what I wanted in a car gave me options, let me test drive any cars I wanted to and didn’t try to push me on any model. He’s very honest and let me be as picky as I wanted to be. This led me to be comfortable enough to purchase my forester from my own opinions. I asked any questions I could and he was patient and knowledgeable to answer. Another dealer at a different dealership came with me on my test drive and didn’t give me space to experience it as she kept trying to convince me that I’d get used to every thing that was bothering me about the interior and created scarcity because of a deal they had on the model. Eric was the opposite, if I didn’t like a car he’d give me another option. I recommend him to someone like myself who’s picky and wasn’t sure of what model they wanted. Usually car salesmen have a scripted phoniness to them but he was not that. He was just a calm honest person who knew how to help me.

Really great experience. Ran into a bunch of car issues and found myself needing a new car. Went in to just start the process and worked with Hannah Anderson. She was amazing. Very straight forward and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and gave me plenty of documents to help me make a decision. Went back in later that day with my wife to finalize everything and she was again excellent with answering all my wife's questions and working with us to find a deal that we could afford and felt comfortable with. We ended up going with a lease. Konrad Koncewicz walked us through all the financing and again. Was super patient and did an amazing job of explaining every aspect of the lease as well as the additional items you can add on. We didn't elect to add much but the ability he showed to talk through each plan in a way that was not pressured or felt "salesy" was excellent. Over all it was a great experience and had none of the usual phony car salesmen ship that you expect when walking in. Can not recommend Hannah or Burlington Subaru enough.

Allyssa was prepared, customer-centered, and responsive. I was able to come in and drive a new Outback XT I had them special order for me from another dealership and then buy it the next day and drive it home- fully prepared and on my timeline. Allyssa knew everything about the 2025 model and was able to tell me about the differences between trim levels and the 25 vs 26 Outbacks. She was never pushy and clearly understood how to work with people of all different needs and preferences. She is a HUGE asset to Burlington Subaru for sure and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to go see her if they are interested in joining the Subaru family. Thanks Allyssa!
