I bought a 2012 F150 and it had never had the interior cleaned. It was full of dog hair and smelled like hell. Rich and his guys cleaned everything out and got rid of the smell. They did a fantastic job. It looks like new.I highly recommend them

Anyone who owns a car with black exterior paint will likely tell you two things…. (1) A black car looks AWESOME when it’s clean and polished, and (2) Keeping a black car well cleaned and polished can be a NIGHTMARE! Knowing how difficult it can be to maintain a black car, I searched the web looking for a Boise-area auto detailer that could keep my brand new black ride looking its best. In the end, 3 different detail shops came out at the top of my web search. My guess is these same 3 shops would be among most folks’ top picks. During the first year I owned the car I visited 2 of my top 3 shops. I’m not going to name them, but I will tell you I was NOT a happy customer. The first shop on my list did such a poor job detailing the exterior that there was still road dirt on the doorsills and wheel wells when I picked up the car. When the time came for the next exterior detail, I elected to try the second shop on my list. They convinced me that a ceramic paint coating was the way to go. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car two days later there were swirls and hard water spots clearly visible on the hood and dead bugs on the front bumper… all of which now had a nice ceramic coating over them! After spending over $1000 on really bad auto detailing, I seriously thought about buying a different car… one that WASN’T black! Before taking that drastic step, I decided to try the third shop on my list, “Buff Guy Auto Detailing”. The old saying “Third Time’s the Charm” was right! Rich at Buff Guy is AMAZING. I honestly didn’t think anyone would be able to repair the damage done by the prior detail shop... but Rich works miracles! He is an auto detailing professional that genuinely cares about the work he does. If you think “Pride of Workmanship” is a quality that’s been lost today… fear not, Rich at Buff Guy still has it !!!!

Rich went above and beyond to help clean dog urine stains that were found ALL over my car! He and his crew worked extremely hard to detail my car, which was terribly dirty and smelly. It felt like a new car again. Some car detail places will get your car in and out as quickly as possible, but Rich is not only efficient, but is committed to doing the job right. So very very very impressed with these guys! Took our family car in for an interior detail. Hadn't had a professional clean in about 4 years and had been destroyed by our toddlers. Seriously, fruit snacks melted into carpet, goldfish ground in everywhere, and apparently toys in all the hidden nooks and crannies I didn't know existed. Rich and his team went above and beyond wiping out any sign kids had trashed the car. Rich was very communicative and let me know what services he'd like to do again. The car looks like new and we will definitely be going back if they'll have us!

Rich the owner and his wife Kim are great. I've had my wife's car done there twice and twice it was above what the other guy's did. EXCELLENT crew that works well with each other and just go way beyond what other companies have done. All in all was a great experience. I left a nice tip for the guy who did the work. My family and I took three of our vehicles down for full interior and exterior detailing. The cars were spotless inside and out with everything looking virtually brand new, my friends thought I had gotten a new version of my car until I told them it was still my car. I would highly recommend Rich as he works with you and communicates regularly with any issues. He is willing to work around your schedule for whatever is needed, I would highly recommend him as a great small business partner.
