I’ve been to all the Buckys throughout Houston and honestly this Buckys is the worst out of all of them. all the cashiers have no type of customer service this Buckys needs to be reprogrammed. I believe all the current workers working at this location should be sent back to customer service training instantly, including store manager I am a loyal Bucky fan And I will always go to the rest, but not this one

I have never been to a small Buc-ee’s before, so this is my first! It was super overcrowded, there were no cold creamer options available, and the brisket was dry. It almost tasted like it was from the day before and had been reheated in the microwave, and we all know how important brisket is in Texas. There is definitely a difference between this location and the larger ones you find on the side of highways in Texas. This location was also challenging to get in and out of due to the small parking areas. I love the others but would not come here again.

Should not be legally called a Buc Cees. Maybe call it "Buc Stop" or "Buc xpress". Area is run down. The store isn't better than a normal gas station. No reason to go here. There's a reason there's no billboards for this location.

Car wash today 2-12-2024 is not working properly and the business is still taking in cars .. not about the money but paying for a wash that still leaves soap and brushes not spinning is ridiculous. And when I tell them they are no help acting like you a bother to them . I contacted headquarters but just waiting on there reply .

Can't go wrong here! Ice is $.89 For a small and $1.49 for a large. Breakfast tacos are yummy and filling. Wide assortment of snacks and jerky too...

As others have said it’s a smaller location but still has the overall Buc-ee’s feel. The staff was very friendly. Has a smaller food option but definitely has brisket.

I recently visited Buckys Car Wash, and the experience was nothing short of disastrous. From start to finish, it was a complete disappointment. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, lacking any customer service skills. The quality of the car wash itself was abysmal. My vehicle came out dirtier than when it went in. It seemed like they simply sprayed water on it without any actual cleaning. The attention to detail was nonexistent, as there were still visible streaks and smudges all over. To make matters worse, the pricing was exorbitant for such a subpar service. It felt like a complete rip-off, considering the lack of effort put into the job. I could have achieved better results by simply washing my car at home. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting Buckys Car Wash. Save your time and money by finding a more reliable and competent car wash establishment.

Went there to get gas. I added the car wash to get the extra discount. I was given the wrong car wash and ended up not getting any discount on gas.. I talk to the cashier and she told me to come back another time and try again and then I talk to the store manager and he told me it's my fault and told me he's not going to help me or give me any refund or exchange.

I've come to this bucees before and it's been great, but today I spent $8 on a burrito and when I unwrapped it, it was covered in oil. I couldn't believe my eyes cause I've never had this happen before at a bucees, not even this location. And then when I bit into it, it tasted like someone dropped the salt container in it. Very disappointed. If I come back and the issue is resolved I will change my rating

Garbage !!! These people sold me are car wash that they could not do so they asked me to go inside to get a refund which I did. When I got inside the manager told me they cannot give me a refund and basically I was stuck paying for a car wash even though they couldn't do it. After his attitude and horrible customer service he walked away and I asked employees and they could not give me cash back if they could give me store credit for the candy I was buying which was $11 the car wash with 16. She handed me the candy back after she rang it up and I walked out the next week I get a call from a detective saying that I shoplifted??? Best believe a lawsuits coming their way

Updated 7/20/2024: I still stand by my 5 star rating. It is a smaller Buccee’s location. However they still have delicious sandwiches, burritos, tacos and some made-to-order meals. Clean bathrooms. Car wash and vacuums. Gas seems to be competitively priced to other gas stations around the area. Smiling staff. Clean exterior and interior. Lots of ice for purchase.

Nice little Buc-ee's. This my first stop at this Buc-ee's and it's small on the outside but big on the inside. Nice staff, clean bathrooms, no giant gift store like the bigger ones, but carries enough for a smaller store.

Richmond, TX They tried to charge me $1.99 ×2, for 2 cups of hot water (brought in the cups from outside), which i reclined. I dumped the hot water into the soda machine and left. Within 5 minutes of me stewing about this, and figuring out where I wanted to go to get my hot water for FREE, the general manager came out and told me I can't park there, as it's for customers only... Buccees, the big disappointment. No worries, I'll take my business elsewhere... sure gonna miss your jerky though.

Love this place. I would like a snack options. Only Two things that they Can improve on is in the morning if they just put out regular sausage biscuits no egg or cheese put out a couple. It’s not an extra work is actually less work. Other thing is their gas prices are about $.20 higher The other gas stations on the other side of 59 only about 2 miles up

I’ve really liked this location for a while, but the energy drink selection has dwindled in on top of that. I just went through the car wash that I normally go through and it scratched the living hell out of my truck a few days ago evidence to buy the pictures. I won’t be going to that car wash anymore, but it was good before it’s scratched up my truck pretty bad. I never even said anything to them because honestly, they’re gonna want a receipt. They’re gonna want evidence and video and all that are the good jazz and I don’t care. I just want my truck fixed so I’m just gonna have it fixed.

The gas is decent the food is good the coffee is great. It's quite busy here. But it's not as big as all the other buc-ee's gas stations. The bathrooms are clean and they didn't charge me for the car wash because I said no car wash. You can see the picture of my receipt attached.

Excellent place to try something different and take advantage of their low prices at the gas station and wash your car while you're at it. Take advantage and eat their delicious pork and brisket sandwiches, a delight, and their caramelized walnuts. Blessings for you and your family.
