Johnny was outstanding! Having moved to the south for a construction project over a year ago my truck was exposed to all of the elements and the only cleaning it got was when it rained. In addition to that, I take my dog with me everywhere and the inside of my truck was her second home (so you can imagine what that looked like!). BMD came highly recommended to me through a third party at another detailing company. The story is actually quite entertaining, I was asking him for a quote to detail my truck and said 'you don't want to do this here, let me give you a guy'. Johnny was tentative, energetic, and detail orientated. All told it took him 3.5 hours to complete the inside and outside of my truck and I'm not lying when I say that it looks better now than the day I took delivery of it in 2016. I can understand why he is constantly booked and has regular monthly appts with clients, he offers unparalleled service.

If you need detailing, book Brown's Mobile Detailing. Johnny was incredible, I called him in the morning with an "emergency" clean needed and he got me in the same day and successfully got out a year of packed on water spots on one side of my vehicle. He was upfront about pricing and delivered what he said he would, along with recommendations which actually saved me money in the long run. My vehicle looked brand new inside and out when he was done and I will be using his detailing services as long as we are here!

I contacted this business to get a quote for an interior detail on my 2013 Mazda3, but they refused to provide one. I couldn't even get a ballpark number from the gentleman on the phone. The expectation is that they provide free quotes when you meet up, effectively wasting everyone's time if price expectations are not aligned.
