Staff is great and helpful. For the people upset about not being able to take nice cars through you should be happy that they are aware of what may happen and care enough to say it instead of just looking at you as a dollar sign and more money for them.

30 second wash. Car still dirty soap didn’t even wash off, bent my license plate in half. 20 bucks wasted. These positive reviews are all fake, just read them they sound like advertisements.

Each August Brown Bear has a free car wash day and I happened to be driving by.... There was a pretty long line but the employees (+a policeman) handled it all professionally and speedily as possible. Thank you Brown Bear!! ❤️

2nd time using this new location. 1st time the wash ripped off my license place fixture. The second time it put a 5 inch crack in the windshield. I didn't ask for any resolution for the license plate damage. I did return to the wash immediately following today's windshield damage and was told it was preexisting. Of the 100 plus visits I've been to other BBs, these 2 times at the new Issaquah are the only that have taken on damage.

Been going to different locations for years and went to their new location with my Defender 110 that has a factory mounted side ladder. Never an issue. The rude General.Manager without even saying hello, refuse to wash my car in this location even after I showed him proof of having wash my car at their other locations without any issues. Not going back and canceled my membership. Rude dude.

This was my second visit to this new location. I thought I was lined up on the track. According to the rep, she gave me the thumbs up, and switched the sign for me to put my car into N. I did, but I felt that my car was correct, so I held on to my steering wheel. At the end of the track, my car got stuck. I got back into drive, and pressed on the gas a little bit. I almost hit the wall. I got out, went to the front and asked for the manager. She was alone, only been there for 2 weeks... This is unacceptable, this person should have someone there with her until she can line up cars correctly. My children, were a little upset.😤😤 Update: This morning 08/03/24 I sprayed my car tires with cleaning solution. Walked around my car, my license plate was on in tack. I get directed into the car wash. We get through it and come out to dry the car. This kind lady tells me that my lisense plate is hanging off. I tell her thank you. I go look and what do you know it is. I talked to Stephen he says he will look into it. He looks at the cameras and says that is how I arrived. No I didn't. I will NEVER come back to this location. No accountability anywhere with this place. I will be contacting corporate about this. No third time for y'all. I am out. ✌🏿

I have been an unlimited car wash customer for several years. And a customer of Brown Bear for a very very long time. The experience is always excellent. Until they opened this new location in Issaquah on Gilman. The new location off Gilman is a very poor experience. Frequently. This is my last time going to this wash. The location is a disaster. Poorly run with untrained employees more than a couple that don’t understand their systems. I have been to this wash a total of 15-18 times since it opened. I keep thinking it will get better. It does not. The last 4 times, and specifically 4 times, I had to wait 20 minutes in the line because of some problem they were having ringing someone in. One time it was me. No matter what they did, the scan gun would not read my barcode on the inside of the door. He tried to access my account by email and couldn’t figure that out. I had 3 of them standing there trying to figure out how to get me, and the now 10 cars behind me, through the wash. They tried in vain for 10 whole minutes trying to look up my UW plate. Finally I signed a pink slip and run through at No Charge even though I have a current, and active unlimited plan. The other issue about this wash (Yes it gets worse) is the quality of this car wash. This does not happen at any other Brown Bear Car Wash and I have been to quite a few. 1) One section of all four wheels does not get cleaned. It is always the same thing. 1/6th of the wheel has brake dust all over it. I have to wipe off this small bit very visible dirty section after the wash with one of the complimentary blue towels, which ruins them. 2) The car does not get rinsed enough. Again only this one. The residual soap left over dries and leaves spots all over the car. 3) The rear bumper has a piece in the middle left unclean each and every time. 4) Only at this wash, the car does not end up being dried like all the other locations’s blowers. 5) This new type of yellow traction pad the car sits on, lurches and jerks. I recommend avoiding this Car Wash. The other location on the other side of the freeway is A+.

This is the secret brown bear. It never has much of a line, they do an excellent job. Everyone goes to the other Issaquah location, this one is just as good, and on the way home.

Brand new and awesome! It has a conveyor belt instead of a roller belt, making it easier on your car and easier to drive onto! The classic Brown Bear Car Wash towels are now microfiber instead of rags, so no fabric sheddings to worry about. Great wash!

Awesome new Brown Bear at the Busy Gilman interchange. State of the art facilities with 4 vacuums and handicapped accessible parking. Very fast and clean. It is also easy to pop in and out of when you need a quick polish after a romp in the woods. I also love the colors that play while you get the beary best package. They keep the kids entertained.Always friendly service. I love Brown Bear Car Wash.

Love this Ken, close to Highway Drive in might be tricky but the process is always smooth Sometimes they offer to duct tape rear window wiper. Free towels here always make this spot a better choice than Costco car wash. They sometimes have promos- like one month unlimited car wash for $24.
