This is the only brown bear car wash I have ever been to that not only didn't to a prewash rinse and bumper scrub but also charges you for the vacuum. For the price they charge it's practically predatory to also charge 2 dollars a minute for their really bad vaccumes. I go to brown bear for consistency. This is the least consistent and worst one I have been to.

This is one of those dime-a-dozen automatic car washes. It gets the forward and upward facing parts clean, long as they aren't really dirty. Get the towel and take a minute after to wipe off the parts that face down or back clean. The vacuums are pay-only and don't seen tho accept cards...so they lost out on a dollar from me. C'mon it's not hard to accept cards, or even just offer it as an add on at payment.

My husband went to the drive-thru car wash and the wash was so aggressive that the rubber sealant/band from the side of rooftop was pulled off. The car is practically new so he went and talked to an employee. She was very dismissive and basically said that it's not their fault, that it was probably like that from before the wash and it was going to fall anyway. If anything happens to the car, they will not take any responsibility. Very rude employee.

Friendly staff and good vacuums that actually sucks dirt. I just wish that they bring out freshly washed towels. I wouldn't want to use a towel that someone already used earlier before me to wipe their car and put those dirt/bacteria in my car. I can tell by the mud looking dirt on most of the towels and some debris stuck on them. I mean, COVID is still here and i hope that they're putting that in consideration. Would be nice. But other than that, Friendly staff and clean facility.

Great place to get your car cleaned! Easy in and out, automatic payment screen and friendly workers. I just wish they still gave a damp towel at beginning of wash to get the dash and other dusty areas.

I haven't been to a carwash this nice in years! We just needed to use the vacuum before we turned our car rental in. This place was on the way to the SeaTac car rental facility, ran our credit card and 5mins later we were done and back on the road. Would definitely use them again when in the area.

Vacuums were easy to use, with long hoses, but you have to pay more for extra suction, and the high suction setting still didn’t get pet hair out very well. Did great on the dirt and debris that naturally builds up on the floors, so that was great. For ease of use, definitely would go back, but for my short haired dog who leaves hairy puppies everywhere, it might need a professional carpet clean. They provide drying cloths and spray bottles for the doorjams and interior as well. That was convenient. Didn’t use the exterior car wash, but it saw a steady stream of people while I was there.

I just witnessed a significant case of inequality, injustice, and discrimination at this car wash involving a customer and the manager, Cesar Fierro, who seemed to be friends with the customer. I will never return to this location or any other branches of this company because they clearly do not care about their customers. I've seen many others complain about this behavior, yet Cesar is still working there. It’s quite unsettling.

This location is usually very busy, but thank goodness it wasn't today I even had a chance to vacuum my car without having to wait. It's pretty much self service now so can't complain about staff. The only interaction I had was that the staff member was guiding me. Prices sure skyrocketed from the $5 wash it use to be, but my car is clean and shiny.

Do not go to this car wash. It has cracked my windshield and left white streaks on the rear of my car. I went to talk to the manager Cesar about it after the employees said to make sure you come in to talk to him in person because he is elusive over the phone and emails. When I spoke to him he let me know that of course, it wasn’t brown bears fault, and that I could see the footage but not have a copy of it. He let me know if I wanted a copy of it I would have to go through court to get a copy of my own. This seems intentional to make it harder to prove any damage to an insurance company. Also, not only did he not offer for us to have a conversation inside while it was raining, so we had a 5-10 minute discussion out in the pouring raining — he interrupted me through the whole conversation we had.

Not happy with the customer experience after taking my 100k bmw through one of your car washes to have it break my back window wiper then to have the manager named Cesar Fierro-Anaya to be extremely rude and argue with me. I didn't ask for anything I was just trying to show him where it was cracked but he didn't provide me with anything so I ended up driving to bmw dealership where my car is still under warranty but the point is this manager should not be a manager as he doesn't know the first thing to custom service

That’s the craziest ever. I came to wash my car after the wash I went out to wipe the car I found out so much scratches and I swear the god it was not there before. I also felt when I was inside the machine they booming the car and felt wired. Be careful the machines here are not good!

This place is a joke. I've never experienced lazier car wash attendants. Their version of a "pre wash" is a baby spritz of something in a spray bottle only on the driver side front fender. Update: I was there on 5/3/25 around 11:45am-12:00pm. I've had the same experience every time I've visited this location, hence finally leaving a review. Also, after leaving my initial review, I noticed there was still pollen build up around all my windows and I paid for the most expensive wash.

Dude what the hell. Car has so many scratches on it after taking it through this wash that weren't there before. Including this one on the back that looks like a bird poop smear but it's actually a huge scratch?! I'm so upset right now, I just bought this car. Should have read the reviews before going.

AMAZING. I use to went here all the time but I’ve never been treated with such hospitality and respect from a staff member as I was recently. A staff member named “Aaliyah” was super helpful, and went out her way to make sure I had the best experience. She was working hard but always made sure other customers including myself were taken care of. The company should have more a workers like her!

The service is in demand, but the prices are inflated. For $20, the car is left poorly washed. The drive-through time is so short that the dirt on the body simply doesn't have time to dissolve. And then the drying is poor. You end up leaving with streaks of dirt and still have to wash it by hand.
