Doesn't get everything off. It would be beneficial if there was someone spraying soap or a soak on the grill prior to going through the automatic wash (like a lot of other places). I'm not sure if the gas station is associated but if it is and I'm using the car wash that makes me a customer and able to use the restroom. Rude.

I took my managers vehicle in to get it washed and also my new work van to get it washed and because my van was not washed completely the first time they offered me a free wash to get it completely clean The customer service here is great they're super friendly and their prices are decent.

I really don’t know why I kept going to that place . Customer services are terrible and I am an easy going person . I went there paid 22 dollars for car wash that thing did not even wash my car ,and on top of that to make my day even worst . I was having a bad day since 5 in the morning . The washer destroyed my license plate . I noticed the license plate was gone so I asked one of those employees to check for me and I was right the guy did find it but this it how it looks like now

My car was damaged after going through the car wash. I contacted brown bear and sent pics. The manager was great about following up until he told me the damage did not happen through the wash. I had to bring my car into my regular wash on Grady to have them tape the rubber piece that connects to my windshield and hood of car so further damage wouldn't occur. The fix wouldn't even be expensive but the fact that you have a manager telling you that you're lying is in my opinion unprofessional. Could have handled it a lot differently and we would part ways. Cars get damaged through these washes, it happens but it's all about how the managers handle it. Go at your own risk.

Great car wash but they need more vacuums. Waited for 30 minutes and one of the vehicles parked at a vacuum was taking a lunch break instead of using the vacuum. It was infuriating when I literally went for the vacuum more than the car wash.

Ok, I'm in shock as to how well this auto car wash worked. I guess these systems have come a long way. I picked the cheapest option and when I say my car came out spotless and completely dry, I mean it couldn't have been better if I hand washed and dried it myself. Again, I was in shock. It's unbelievable.

Large paint scratches (down to the metal) all over the front corner of the car and bent front license plate along with minor scratches all over the body. Have never had this problem with any other car wash, even other brown bears. Tried this car wash because I happened to be in the area and will NOT be going back.

-Went into the Kent car wash on 8/2/2023 with our new truck. -Noticed significant scratches on the hood & passenger side panel. - brought truck back to car wash & manager said he can't see evidence of the scratches before or after the car wash. He said he didn't think the car wash would make those kinds of scratches. He said he could offer $100 towards a buff job. - took the truck to the collision business, & they said it is from the car wash. They said scratches are too deep to be fixed with a buff job. The truck will need to be repainted.

At all of my visits, I received outstanding customer service. My most recent visit, my license plate screws somehow fell off in the wash. The manager Sergio took his time to look for it; he gave me two dollars to go buy, new screws; and, he gave me a plate holder to put it my license plate plates. I have never encountered such a professional manager at Brown beer. He was very personable; easy to talk to; and a genuine care for customers. One would think he went above and beyond, but it seems to be the norm for him. Definitely knows how to diffuse a situation. I wasn’t even upset, but he went out of his way and I greatly appreciate him!

I only go to this car wash. Its worth it. My car is clean when i drive away. The new blue towels are awesome. Definitely upgrade bc of the winter rains. It keeps it clean a little longer.

Came here today (7/12/25) and literally paid $20 to get my car vandalized. Only one guy was working here and I could not find him when I got out. Not only did I pay for their most expensive car wash and by the time I finish it says “thanks for getting the beary bright” which is a cheaper tier below what I paid for, but the wash itself cracked my windshield in TWO PLACES, and chipped a bunch of paint off my car. I’ve had this car for several years, and never had I ever experienced damage from a car wash. It is apparent that they do not do any cleaning maintenance on their brushes, and whatever crap it picks up along the way just gets thrown back on to your car. Do you know how expensive it is to replace a windshield?!?! I didn’t have any cracks in my windshield when I went into this car wash, and I came out with two. Plus a bunch of lovely paint chips that I’m just stuck with because touch up paint will look tacky, and a real paint job is probably even more than the windshield! I know for a fact those If this company cares at all about their clients, they should contact me for some sort of reimbursement for this, because this is absolutely INSANE. I couldn’t get help when I was there, so I will be contacting them about this. If they do right and mend the situation, I will update this review. (Edit) after posting this I read the reviews and see all the people that paid to get a car wash at this location and were left with damage to their cars while being stuck with the bill. This is worthy of a lawsuit. With several people who’ve come out with photos and reviews, this could be bad for them. If I get a generic response like “we are sorry to hear that Jenna, please provide your email so we can talk further about the situation” I swear I will lose it. It is very clear that they are not maintaining their business, and damaging vehicles. Further steps will be taken if I do not receive proper resolution. Thankfully I have an incredible shark of a business lawyer.
