Good place to wash/vacumme your car but it has one major design flaw. By putting the vacuume stations directly in from of the wash bays everyone who is vacuuming their car is blocking the entrance to the wash bays making them useless. If only they used common sense during construction 🤦‍♂️

Pros: everything works and each individual station takes debit/credit card which allows for faster service. Areas are regularly cleaned including the surrounding parking lot. Con: There are no signs stating not to occupy the car wash while occupying the vacuum station. Everyone is under the impression that if you are using one you are entitled to the other when you are ready. Some customers need the car washing station and some need to vacuum, no one car needs both at the same time. To finish, this isn't all of the time ofcourse. During the busy months some just need to wash their car. I'm sure this was a rare situation.

This is a very bad washing machine. The machine took me with payment for me (my money) and did not want to turn on (not working). The money takes it and does not react. I called the support service on different phone numbers, but they do not communicate with customers (no compelled). I left paid money and did not receive any service! I'm not happy with this service! I gave money and the car was not washed. Troubleshoot your hardware!

The new facility is nice, better than before. The only issue (long time issue), is that the vacuums are before the DIY carwash, so there will be nobody washing their car but someone blocking it for an hour because to vacuum their car

My daughter buys the monthly wash pass for Brown Bear. So i decided to go to Brown Bear to wash my car today for the first time. I always thought they were a drive-thru car wash so I was pleasantly surprised to see self-serve. The signs were easy to read. The bays were clean and working. I got my car in, no wait. Must have got there at the right time, the place was hopping after I pulled in. Vacuums worked, wish they would have sucked harder, but they did the job. Haa. Instructions were easy to read. Even for me, I usually like to go in and read signs after the fact! Hahaa... you can pay cash (turn cash into tokens), or use your card, and push the green button to add time. I mean really, it was easy. I got in and out of there pretty easy. It's in a good location. I wish I would have known about this place earlier. I think I'll be going there from now on.

First stall for Brushless definitely needs to be looked at. Got the highest priced wash. Half the spray nozzles weren’t working and definitely didn’t coat my car with soap or foam. I’ve used nearly every other brushless in the area and this was a huge let down since it was my go to place before the remodel. Especially since the others charge half the price. 😒

Selfless car wash No attendants Just swipe, pick, drive in, get washed, ALL CLEAN, drive away fresh!!! Convenient although the downside is: - only 1 Vacuum on the whole premises so that kinda sucked! Pretty clever, personally don’t like the idea of computers and technology etc.taking away human jobs but if you can’t get good employees to work, I guess this might just be how the future is going to be?!!

I got the top shelf car wash. Afterwards, there was dirt that wasn't removed all over my car. I dragged my fingers on the car and they were filthy! So basically, all the expensive bells and whistles that you paid extra for, was just coating the dirt that wasn't completely removed. Not impressed! Also, the Pink Elephant carwash is even worse with the touch less. It's better to have some gentle friction instead of water from a sprayer. Especially for 24 dollars worth of a dirty outcome!

I'm so happy they converted two of the stalls into an automatic touchless car wash for those of us who have luxury cars that should avoid tunnel brush wash. I had to park under autumn tree leaves falling, pine needles everywhere, and tree sap falling on my car at work because no other parking spaces. This wash removed the thousands of pine needles in the little nooks of my car and tree sap like it never happened. Nice.

It sprays soap and water. It leaves the car soaking wet after the dryer blows over the car. Good for rinsing pine needles but not much else. No towels located on site either, all others have towels. The employee wa watching my car get washed from behind me the whole time and ran in their office when I came around to ask about towels. Over all, ill go down to the other location. Water of time.

Don’t use this brown bear. It’s a new style that doesn’t work, it doesn’t physically remove anything. It’s spray only. The one is Des Moines is great!

would like to express a concern. While this is an excellent place, the layout of the vacuum area is poorly designed. On several occasions, customers who are waiting to wash their cars are delayed because the person in front is only using the vacuum. This causes unnecessary waiting time and could be better organized.

The self wash is actually pretty nice! It took my card perfectly fine and charges by the second, so it ended up being about $10 for a full wash and condition. I had microfibers with me to dry it, didn't see a dryer option. Water spray is really strong so be careful because i used it a bit too close and it chipped off a little bit of my paint. 9am it wasn't busy at all and the bays were very clean. My car wasn't too dirty to begin with but it was a nice quick touch up before a car meet!
