Matthew showed up, with amazing communication the day prior, the day of, and moments before arriving. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire job. Set my expectations clearly and blew my expectations away with the quality of his work and attention to detail. He made recommendations that fit well, things I hadn't considered and the end result was like the day I bought the vehicle. I couldn't ask for more from the work, or Matthew. I contacted this company to get a quote for detailing a car I had just purchased, explaining that it was VERY dirty and had hair inside. I was quoted $260 for the job, and I assumed this price would cover everything I had mentioned on the phone. I didn’t expect a full deep clean unless I specifically requested that service, which I didn’t think I had. While booking online, I answered “yes” to the options for excessive buildup and hair in the car, thinking I was just providing details about the car’s condition, not adding extra services that would change the base price. During our initial conversation, the $260 was never clarified as just a base price or that additional charges would be added based on the car’s condition. This led to a major miscommunication that could have been avoided if the details had been explained upfront—either during the phone call or by showing price adjustments on the website when selecting those options. Better communication is needed, and the price increase could have been mentioned when the car was picked up and its condition was assessed. In the end, I was charged $260 as the base price, plus an extra $70 for “hair and fur removal” and $140 for “shampoo and extraction,” which starts at $70 according to the website. This brought the total to $470—far above my initial budget. That said, the service did have positives. The owner sent frequent progress pictures and maintained communication, which was reassuring since they picked up and drove off with my car. The cleaning itself was good, though they missed cleaning the center console.

Matt did an amazing job!! The day of our appointment it was 0○ outside so he came to my home, picked up my vehicle and drove it to his shop so we didn't have to reschedule. He took his time going over all areas with care and concern and was VERY detail oriented with everything. He live streamed the cleaning , which was great so that I could pop in and see about progress as well as ask questions. When he returned my car he added 5 gallons of premium to the tank.
