The lady in the morning ( Ms BJ) has a horrible attitude. And basically the morning staff is horrible. They need to be fired from BP headquarters

Always crowded. Limited parking that could be due to the restaurants and coin laundry.

The guys on the evening shift are nice and friendly. The morning cashier always has an attitude for no reason. I never stop here in the morning anymore because of her. She's super rude.

The old black lady that worked at 6 am today is rude and nasty. I am not familiar with the area and stopped in to get gas. I forgot the pump number and she refused to look behind her. I politely refused to purchase from that store and will pass it from now on. Clearly the business is missing money because of her.

Horrible customer service. I paid for a car wash the machine broke down mid wash and they refuse to give me a refund or a credit for a wash. Stay away from these people. Bad for business , they basically robbed me.

My experience at BP was like any other experience at a gas station—quick and routine. I pulled in, found an open pump right away, and the card reader worked without any issues. The area around the pumps was clean, and the trash bins weren’t overflowing, which is always a plus. I went inside to grab a drink and a snack, and the convenience store was fairly organized. The cashier was polite but kept it short and simple, just like you’d expect. Prices were typical for a gas station—nothing outrageous, but definitely higher than a regular grocery store. Overall, it was a smooth and uneventful stop, just how I like it when I’m on the go.

This store is one of my local stores in my community.Every other morning, I try to stop here to get coffee. There is always a sign of saying that they'll be open at four thirty a m I have to be at work for 5 am. I am a lyft rider, so to avoid extra fees. I decided to walk to this store at three a m to find that they still have the sign up over an hour before 4:30!! I called to ask at what time do I need to get up here before they throw the sign on the door no answer.I stood at the door for a few minutes.Cashier did not even look at the door back.Turned whole time. Not happy i've wasted a lot of money trying to spend money at this store

My review can't even begin to share how terrible a store this is. They are rude, uncaring and the owner and workers here represent why there is tension in the community when people who don't look like you welcome your money while simultaneously treating you like dirt. I'd been here for gas before but as it happens one night I ran out right down the street. I walked at night to purchase a gas can from this store. When I asked the worker where the gas cans were he literally didn't even raise his head and simply pointed from behind the glass in an undeterminable direction. I asked him can you tell me which aisle you are pointing to. He sighed heavily as if my question had triggered his asthma. Then he stood pointed and in a now raised voice said "over there". Okay, I was bothered because running out of gas is not fun but other than ask a question, his attitude was unwarranted. I found the cans and proceeded to purchase one at the counter, same cashier. He appeared busy with something else, it looked like his phone but I couldn't really tell. I was trying to open the can so I could fill it with gas. Remember I'm a woman and it was late. I couldn't open it (and yes, I do know how). The latch on the nozzle was broken and I tried to show it to him. He kept saying the price over and over again. Essentially with his actions he was showing me he didn't care the item I was purchasing was damaged, he didn't care that it was past midnight and I was seemingly out of gas and he certainly didn't care that I was spending my very hard earned dollars. I lost it! I shouted at him using expletives that a good Christian woman should never use. At the same time, a different man who I believe works for them under the table came over and started to help me. He was calm and reassuring but the cashier never left from behind the glass. The ignorance, rudeness and just overall lack of concern was enough for me. In the heat of the exchange, my calm mind reminded me I had the power of my dollar and that will always win over this demon's treatment of me. So family, true story, I left the can right there on the counter, thanked the man who tried to help, went outside and called an Uber. I took the Uber to my car, locked it up and went home. I bought a can from a QuikTrip the following day and Uber'd back to my vehicle. Probably took a risk leaving my car alone but the moral of this story is NEVER let an unappreciative business think they have the upper hand because without your (our) money they have nothing! Ending is....I haven't been back since!
