totally and utterly surprised that the attendant was acting like she didn't speak or understand English. While getting gas my husband noticed he needed air in his tire. he put the money in the machine and then noticed that the connector wasn't working. He went to the attendant to ask for his four quarters back because the connector is broken and she totally ignored him... After asking someone who speaks Spanish to translate she gave him a ripped dollar bill and we were told that she understands English by the person who translated . I cant for the life of me understand why she treated us like this we tried to get a whole dollar back and she continued to ignore him.After saying we were going to report her we got a whole dollar back. This was such a horrible experience and we will never ever stop there again for gas. Its a shame because we live in the neighborhood and get gas there often. We really felt insulted by her actions.

BP on Boston Rd is where i always put my gas, but because a rude Spanish older lady that doesn't have a care in the world i won't be going back. The machine was not taking my debit card and i tried again and again it said to go see clerk. When i went to her i asked her if there was a problem with that pump and she had the damn nerve to say in spanish " That is not hard to do and if my problem was that i didn't know how to use a card? I said excuse me angrily and asked her again what did she say. And she stated that people want to pump gas and are idiots that doesn't know how to do nothing correctly. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE YOU HAVE WORKING THERE WITH THAT ATTITUDE? The other guy came to her with the same problem and she was so upset to take care of us. This was on 4/30/19 at approximately 8PM in the evening. I actually told her that if she have issues I can refer her to the mentel health clinic where i work at, because i believe its time for her to retire. She's extremely tire of work and should go try and get an SSI check. But thanks to people like her i will no longer be giving you guys business, as well as the guy next to me that felt insulted. Ill rather go to the gas station near McDonald's lower down and there ill get full service and no need to get off my car...

Watch your car at all times, homeless ppl asking for mo ey or pump ur gas. Sometimes if open they will go in when u at the window and steal your stuff. The person working there does not care what happens so Lock ur door if getting gas.

I was very upset with my experience here. It is the worst car wash I have ever been to because..... NO ONE WASHES. I wasted my lunch break leaving my parking spot because I looked up car washes in the area. I pull in here, and I see it is 6 dollars self wash. That is ridiculous and a waste of my time. Who goes to car washes? People who don’t want to wash their own cars! The equipment is dirt cheap, I would buy it myself and clean my own car if that was the case. I came here for someone to wash my car and that was evidently not done. I am so irritated in wasting my break and parking spot for this, that I am never coming for gas either. Very disappointed because if there is one thing besides money that is valuable, it is time and this place wasted it. I would not recommend going here and if you don’t mind washing your car, then buy the equipment. I’m not going to let this ruin my day even though it’s sucks losing a parking spot and lunch break for nothing.

Very bad attendant which is the old Spanish lady working at the night shift. I dropped my AirPod at the gas station and called about 20 mins later to tell her to look around and see if she will see it. This lady doesn’t understands or speak English not even to give it to someone else to help her understand my urgent help Very bad and disappointing to lose such an item with just communication issues.
